Awesome place the prices are goo and my daughters enjoyed their Sundays and shaved ice.
OMG, I stumbled across this place and I am in love. Good quality ice cream and cookies. I loved the oce cream flavor cow tipping. I consumed every drip and even scraped the sides. I normally don't do well with ice cream but my gut loved eating it. The cookies were delicious but the snicker doodle needs some help. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing. I will be back.

The Soda Bar by Van Horn's Cookies (Fountains) is a favorite spot in the Boro, a nice little weekend treat. The milkshakes are the best in town, and the staff is always super friendly. It is great quality and a good experience. This is an ice cream and soda cookie shop built on heart, where the owners put love into the place and are incredibly kind and welcoming. The menu is wonderful, with fresh baked cookies and craft sodas. A customer highly recommends the blackberry jalapeño grilled cheese. Other great sweet treats, sodas, and sandwiches are available. It is a wonderful place for family or a quick date night, with quick preparation, a very clean and organized space, and friendly service. Customers have never left disappointed with anything purchased. Whether for a Dad's root beer, cookies, or an amazing milkshake, it is always a good time. Customers look forward to their next visit and will definitely be back.
