“My truck broke down last night (11/11/2024) from overheating. I tried to get it home just a few miles away but it just wouldn't make it. I pulled into the Waffle House at 1928 S Church St in Murfreesboro to let the engine cool down and figure out what I was going to do. Thankfully your staff on 2nd shift, Harleigh & Xavier said it would be fine to leave it at the restaurant until the tow truck was able to get it towed to the shop. They even held onto my keys to give to the tow truck driver when he got there so I wouldn't have to leave them in my unlocked vehicle. These two employees helped me out so much last night, I just wanted to bring their kindness to the attention of Waffle House itself and customers. Harleigh & Xavier thank you so much again for helping me out last night! Waffle House please do something to recognize these two!“
“Anastasia was so nice to me!She made sure that my order was made correctly and that I had all the condiments needed for my to go order while waiting on my order. I did notice a conflict between her and the cook, Nigel. The cook, Nigel, made my order incorrectly and was also making her other table’s order wrong. She never spoke loudly or out of order to Nigel but he was always rude when responding to Anastasia.“
“This is my favorite place to go after a concert. Every single concert, no matter where, we hit this Waffle House on the way home. It's always great, we've never had a bad experience. It is usually late into the night, not sure if that makes a difference.“

“It's a Waffle House folks. If you know, then you know. But if you don't know get them smothered covered peppered and topped. And get a waffle for frick's sake. Wait staff was great. She had pink hair and it was fabulous. Cook seemed new, still did a great job. Didn't wait long. Ate and got back on the road. And clean bathrooms to boot. It was grandpa's favorite place for a reason ya'll.“
“I would give this experience a 5 but for one thing. The manager came on work at 7pm on a Friday, two weeks ago. She threw away my coffee while I was in the bathroom. I came out and asked where it went. She said I threw it away. Never offered to get me another cup, no apology. Then I heard her talking to a co-worker who had gone off shift. She was very rude, very unprofessional and used foul language. She needs to be fired.“
“Went there for a late night munch after a concert, didn't disappoint, Sara was our waitress, she was Kool as hell man down to earth and took her job seriously she reminded my wife and I of real hardworking Americans. And what it was like to be one. Very inspiring we are glad to see it still alive“
“We stopped in after the Edgar Allan Poe Speakeasy event and an excursion at The Velvet Room. The waitress did not bat an eye at our attire which tells me they have seen things. She was a wonderful waitress and had just started the week before! Definitely recommend. I had taken my kids and grandkids before and a server sang to our table randomly! They have the best crew at this location!“
“I love Waffle house!!! It is my go to always consistent road trip stop for breakfasts and dinner when I am traveling long distances!!! And you can predict the weather with a Waffle House!!!
