“Amazing service especially from the server I had the pleasure of having. She was the kindest and most respectful young woman I've met in a waffle house. She spoke with a respectful tone and was very engaging and conversing. She made sure I was taken care of during my whole meal. She works 3rds after 9pm her name is Makenzie I would highly suggest coming here at 3rd shift“
“Anastasia was so nice to me!She made sure that my order was made correctly and that I had all the condiments needed for my to go order while waiting on my order. I did notice a conflict between her and the cook, Nigel. The cook, Nigel, made my order incorrectly and was also making her other table’s order wrong. She never spoke loudly or out of order to Nigel but he was always rude when responding to Anastasia.“

Me and my son came into Waffle House @3 am & they had the most outgoing energy. Not only was my food delicious but THEY ACTUALLY COMMUNICATE .“
“My truck broke down last night (11/11/2024) from overheating. I tried to get it home just a few miles away but it just wouldn't make it. I pulled into the Waffle House at 1928 S Church St in Murfreesboro to let the engine cool down and figure out what I was going to do. Thankfully your staff on 2nd shift, Harleigh & Xavier said it would be fine to leave it at the restaurant until the tow truck was able to get it towed to the shop. They even held onto my keys to give to the tow truck driver when he got there so I wouldn't have to leave them in my unlocked vehicle. These two employees helped me out so much last night, I just wanted to bring their kindness to the attention of Waffle House itself and customers. Harleigh & Xavier thank you so much again for helping me out last night! Waffle House please do something to recognize these two!“

“food at waffle house is always perfect but outside of that - this waffle house was overrun by festival campers who got rained out. the staff was helpful, efficient & stayed positive during this unexpected rush. amazing service. special note: simon was so amazing & fun. i love simon forever!“
“Stopped at the Waffle House on Salem Rd this morning, and I have to say — Nicholas is an outstanding cook! He asked if I’d like a splash of Worcestershire on my patty melt, and wow… did that make it pop! You can tell he really takes pride in what he does.
I stop here a couple of times a week on my way to work, and the experience is always consistent: friendly staff, great food, and a very clean location. The team chemistry here is noticeable, and it makes the atmosphere even better.

“Went there for a late night munch after a concert, didn't disappoint, Sara was our waitress, she was Kool as hell man down to earth and took her job seriously she reminded my wife and I of real hardworking Americans. And what it was like to be one. Very inspiring we are glad to see it still alive“
“Amazing staff and wonderful food normally hearing someone call waffle house wonderful would be crazy. But as someone who worked at one for a while. I understand the environment you work in. The server was amazing and she is definitely someone I request specifically. I will say if you want an amazing experience. Go in after 9pm. Best cooks n servers. Promise..“
