“Sabrina and Danny were absolutely wonderful. Communicated so well with us that they were two people down and that they would get to us as soon as possible. That was with anyone that walked through the door. Don’t listen to the man that was the cause of an issue towards them about how long they were waiting. Everyone was waiting and Danny and Sabrina would make that very clear with everyone. The food was great awesome… respects to the chef :)“

“Went for breakfast back to back on a Saturday and Sunday. No WaHO in my state, so always a treat when I can go.
Did not disappoint...great service (counter), food was solid, as ordered, and staff was friendly and literally spontaneously broke into song along with a jukebox tune (no kidding).
Only beef was service was tenny bit slow Saturday at 8a, but the place was packed and the cook was backed up, so I get it.

“We absolutely love the new night waitress Ashley, she is quick, and attentive and good company. Shes patient with our kids too. While other employees are on their phone shes usually talking to customers or doing cleaning. Shes a whole vibe !!!“

​I ordered my usual go-to—the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit—and it came out fast, hot, and made just right.

​From the moment I walked in, Lily took fantastic care of me. She greeted me with a warm smile, got my drink out immediately, and handled everything with absolute efficiency. Even while the floor was busy, Lily stayed attentive, kept the coffee topped off, and checked in at just the right times.

​A big shoutout to Ryan, the manager, as well. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by how smoothly the shift runs, and Ryan’s leadership was on full display. He was actively supporting the team on the floor, checking in with guests, and making sure the entire room had a welcoming vibe.

“(Lebanon Pike Waffle House) I want to personally speak about the lady who served me — Jasmine. I showed up during mid-morning and I saw they were handling multiple to-go orders. I sat at the counter and Jasmine immediately got me a drink while I waited for my server. When a server didn’t come after about 5min, Jasmine came back and said she would serve me personally. She kept my drinks full and treated me with the utmost kindness and respect. She made me feel so welcome. I just wanted to give her personally a positive review. She is such a welcoming presence and asset to your team. Whatever you need to do, keep her around!!“

“We came because we were in a rush but would go again just because it was actually good.Deb was friendly towards our family and even gifted me a REAL FLOWER on Mother's Day! Everything tasted fresh and cooked properly. It was quick, affordable and I was surprised at the quality of the meal.“

“Stopped here with 15 coworkers to grab breakfast before a long day of meetings. Snoop, Kenzie and the rest of the staff were very polite and attentive. Food came out fast and orders were correct. They checked up on us frequently and took care of all of our needs. A+ service and presentation. If you like Waffle House as much as I do, I recommend eating here. It's a prime example of WH brand standards being upheld.

“The main experience was great, with an attentive server, fast drink service and good food (my husband and I shared an All-Star platter). Because of medical issues, I'm limited in what I can eat so I only had grits and toast, both of which were properly cooked.

There were two food issues, one of which was our fault. My husband likes to eat his waffle with his eggs, and had to wait until the eggs were barely warm, because the waffle didn't appear right away. He didn't tell the server he wanted that, so it was our fault. The second issue was one I've run into before - I asked for Apple or Mixed Fruit jelly. I received the mixed jelly, and apple butter. I explained the difference to the server, not in an accusatory way, because some people don't realize there is a difference. Next time I'll mention that up front as this has now happened at multiple places.

I was saddened to see that the restaurant has had to close it's doors to in house seating after dark, but they do have pick up available at night.

The place was clean without smelling of cleaning solutions, was laid out in a nice way, and had friendly staff.

We'll stop there again! Note that the stars total should be about 4.75 not 4, but partial stars are not an option.“

“I LOVED this location. I’m a big Waffle House fan to begin with and I just moved to this area. Staff was super friendly, they were very busy but stayed on top of everything. Even offered me a free waffle because the wait was long. Very cool crew! Manager was so sweet. Definitely will be back!“

“It was good, not the best I've had. Waitress seemed confused when trying to give the order to the cook, which messed up the meal... but the food was good.
** update- had a different waitress, (Carrie) she ended up being the one who also cooked our food, looked like she was the only one there, when another person from a different shift showed up for an order, she was not shy at voicing her opinion about how bad the store looked And what wasn't done, cleaned etc. What person doesn't like to work etc. No offense, I understand this kind of thing happens in the work place, all the time, but I don't want to hear about it when I'm trying to eat And just enjoy some time out.“

“Came to the Waffle House after Cracker Barrel was short staffed and didn't have enough waiters/waitresses to serve it's customers. Upon entering the restaurant the atmosphere was clean. There was only one other family in the restaurant. I sat at the counter. I was waited on as soon as I entered. I ordered the All star with sausage and grits. The grits weren't the best. I couldn't eat them because they had a bad smell and taste. Outside of the grits everything else was good.“

“This waffle house was on point ya'll 😁 Loved the food, service was great and the bathroom, seating areas and cooking area was very clean and they were fully staffed. Great communication with each other, very well managed restaurant. If we make it back into town, we'll definitely stop here again.“

“Kendall also Kevin are the best cook at this location, food always correct, grill always clean. Arlene also Adrianna is the best waitress, always on top of her customers from when they enter, till they leave. Also I noticed that some waitress call in 2 to 3 orders at a time, which definitely needs corrected, cause other customers are waiting for their food as well. The to-go ordering online definitely needs updating, so you can edit your sandwich, etc...“

“I don't know about you guys but I always like going to this waffle House for my comfort food. I always get chicken and eggs and it is always good there and it always cheers me up. But today something was different but Everybody understood. I did nothing wrong. They did nothing wrong. We figured it out. They clean the grill. It wasn't the same. It was just me. My friend thinks so too lol It's okay. They handled it very well. Never judge a book by it's cover. You never know what you might find. Ty you guys!“

“Had it for the first time and I personally have never liked breakfast diner hashbrowns EVER but they were very delicious and cooked thoroughly and with the steak! I cant wait to try the rest of the menu Olivia and the cook was very nice and helpful from the start and provided top notch service 10 out of 5 experience thank you !“
