Hard to rate. My room was clean and looked good. It was well-equipped, even a microwave. Breakfast was adequate. Saw some issues outside the room but not sure if they were due to lack of maintenance or if they were working on remodeling. We could not get through on the phone to let them know I would check in late but no one wold answer the phone.

Clean room and great location. Several good places to eat close by, as well as gas stations and quick access to interstate.

Rooms smell and bathrooms are dirty. Possible mold. Overnight stay caused respiratory congestion that cleared after leaving hotel. Male Clerk's are unfriendly.Rooms: Rooms are small and dark. Strange smell. Possible mold.

I had hopes that this would be a nice visit. We were simply meeting my daughter to pick up my dog and this hotel does allow them so that is how we ended up here. First, when we checked in the parking lot was virtually empty so I assumed that it might be a slow weekend. When I booked I had forgotten to request a handicap room so I asked if there might be one available that we could switch to. The evening clerk was pretty much nonverbal. He spoke very little to me at all other than to say no. Later we asked for extra pillows because my husband had a sinus infection and needed to be propped up bit more. No extra pillows. Tons of empty rooms but no extra pillows. He was rude as well. Later there was someone going down our hall (1st floor- close to front desk) slamming into the doors to the rooms. It was very concerning to me. Called front desk and asked if we should be concerned about what was going on down our hall. Had to tell him my room number 3 times and he proceeded to tell me it was upstairs. I told him it definitely was not and finally just hung up. I made sure the door was locked in every way possible. Needless to say, this was not the first impression that I hoped they would make. The only redeeming quality is that the room was clean and even though they allow pets had no odor. If I could give no stars or negative stars on staff, I definitely would. Not a customer focused business by any means.

Rooms were surprisingly clean, people at the desk was rude, told me I had to pay a deposit on top of the rooms & I’d get my deposit back, it’s been almost 3 days and I still haven’t gotten it. Very disappointed considering this was my first time traveling.Walkability: All food places are walkableFood & drinks: Gas stations, Waffle House, Sonic & subway are near.

The rooms were ok.. nothing I'd plan to stay for. It was ok for a night of sleep while traveling, but the hotel was not very clean.

I booked two nights here for 12/8 and 12/9, however I decided to cancel my stay after the first night due to how disgusting the room and overall hotel was. The hallways smelled, there was hair covering the bathroom floor, and there were chunks of the walls missing from water damage. The locks on the door were flimsy as others have mentioned. There were small hairs on the bedding as well as clear stains I assume were from bodily fluid. It was obvious the bedding was not changed prior to my stay. After much discussion with the man at the front desk, who did not seem to care in the least about the problems I brought up, I was promised a refund. after two weeks no refund has been issued. A horrible place with horrible business. Don’t expect any problems to be addressed or handled. There are plenty of value hotels in the Nashville area that you won’t feel gross, unclean, and unsafe at.

It's ok. Really good for the price considering it was 1/2 what other similar hotels were charging in the area. Neighbors were loud but that comes with the territory being a more economy focused franchise.

Anyone giving this place an even remotely positive review never stayed here or profits from the business. I travel a lot and don’t care at all to stay on an economy hotel. But for $173.00 it’s a complete rid off especially considering the advertised price was $91.00. But no refunds. As others have said the rooms are dingy and tiny. Soft spot in the hallway floor blocked by a garbage tote, not a can mind you but a full blown tote. The overall condition of every part of this hotel is poor. The bed is literally the worst I have ever laid on to include Marine Corps boot camp at Paris Island. Door to adjoining room has lock of questionable reliability.I could literally write a novel about how bad this place is. Seriously, sleep in your car before you stay here.Rooms: Tiny, dingy, nasty,

I do not recommend this hotel. It was super disappointing while passing through Nashville. The hotel rooms are not cleaned properly and the hallway smelled like CIGARETTE smoke.. it was extremely disappointing. All the reviews saying it is dirty, were correct. The rooms are basic and fine, but the place is not cleaned properly.

This is as bare bones of a hotel as you can imagine. All I can say is we were warm, safe, and alive.Television selections sucked. The shower felt like someone was pissing on your head.Bathroom lights were on a tiimer and tied to the exhaust vent. The showers had no shower mats or grab bars. Treacherous for anyone over 50. The breakfast bar was corn flakes, fruit, and small kolache like confections. They didn't even have soft drinks, just water and Gatorade. No amenities, whatsoever!

Room smelled bad, holes in walls and doors, Asked to see what the room looked like and walked us into a room that somebody was obviously staying in because suitcase and trash was everywhere. Also the room was much bigger than the one he put us in. Asked for a roll of toilet paper in the morning and was told they were sold out but when I gave him a dirty look and laughed he reached down from under the counter and handed me a roll of toilet paper... Breakfast was poor as well. Definitely never staying here again, extremely disappointed. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Please keep in mind that this is a budget hotel… Breakfast is the best continental no cooked food… But you can see that they are trying to improve the facility… One thing that I would upgrade immediately are the towels… I think I use better towels to wash my car…The room was clean and the value was good

This hotel was disappointing. To start with when we got there the room was dirty. There were hair elastics all over the floor. There were holes in the wall. The bed was hard. Ok fine... It was cheap, I've stayed in worse. It came with a breakfast... Hmm, a couple bananas and prepackaged muffins do not make a breakfast. The pictures showed a beautiful pool. The water was green. It was almost 25 degrees Celsius outside so I wanted to sit in the pool chairs. The woman at the desk said no... I couldn't... no outdoor seating to read your book. Although she nicely suggested the smoking zone. Role my eyes.

Breakfast was not worth eating. Coffee was not good either. It was a little noisy when people walked down the hall. The put new locks on the doors but did not fix where the old ones were bigger. But the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
