I had hopes that this would be a nice visit. We were simply meeting my daughter to pick up my dog and this hotel does allow them so that is how we ended up here. First, when we checked in the parking lot was virtually empty so I assumed that it might be a slow weekend. It's ok. Really good for the price considering it was 1/2 what other similar hotels were charging in the area. Neighbors were loud but that comes with the territory being a more economy focused franchise.

Hard to rate. My room was clean and looked good. It was well-equipped, even a microwave. Breakfast was adequate. Saw some issues outside the room but not sure if they were due to lack of maintenance or if they were working on remodeling. We could not get through on the phone to let them know I would check in late but no one wold answer the phone.
