The drinks are great, though the parking lot of the location is rough to get in and out of. Would love to see an outside table or somewhere to sit after you get your drink. The inside tables give off dr office waiting room vibes so it feels like they want you to order and leave. Would love to see some more art on the walls maybe some art made by locals to bring more pop and color to the place. I love WIN bubble tea, however, Bellevue is seriously lacking in character compared to other WIN locations. It feels like you're walking into a doctor's office & the employees aren't nearly as friendly here.

Win boba has THE BEST boba around!! All their tea is FRESHLY made & is the only place I’ve found in this state that does Jasmine fresh tea & milk tea!! Most boba shops around here use powdered teas… not my thing. If you love REAL tea & boba, this is the place to go!!! They also have the option to use honey instead of their cane sugar!
