Drive thru worker was very pleasant. The potato cakes were inedible. They were greasy and tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in a month. The beef and cheddar had sooo much cheddar sauce the meat slid out of the sandwich. Very messy and not so good. The Arby’s in Springfield has this Arby’s beat hands down.

Can't tell if I just ate a WillyWonkas Factory or Arby's? Because every surface of this place was sticky as if they wipe with maple syrup and mop with honey water. Literally each table I sat at had a thick layer of invisible goop.

The table lamps were positioned BEHIND /BESIDE the chairs. Ducking and Dodging lamps on a sticky surface wasn't my intent today, weaving that fast could have pulled a knee with it being stuck to the floor.

Also, on the floor, hoping it was just dried ketchup or Arby's sauce, and not blood, but at this point who really knows.

The sandwich was decent, I do love a good beef n cheedar. But I think they have done acrobatics while assembling the sandwich because nearly half of the cheese and sauce was on the wrapper and outside bottom of bun. Never knew I was going to have to use a fork, but hey first for everything, now I know they have forks.

Its just pretty grody in there, not a good look.

I will start by saying the manager Debbie was very nice and after offering a new meal gave us a full refund for both of our meals we purchased.

My boyfriend and I are frequent Arby’s eaters. That being said, I have never had a sandwich that even looked remotely close to this. I’m not sure how it could look so raw and literally What looked like blood in the wrapping of the sandwich. The texture was different. I did take one bite and even the taste was completely different. The manager claimed it had just been taken out from roasting and didn’t have time to absorb the brown juice it’s cooked in??

The store had a dirty smell, and there was a black grainy dust like substance on most of the windowsills.

We both decided we would not eat the sandwich and just eat our fries and go to our regular Arby’s location in Hendersonville, But halfway through my boyfriend eating his fries, he noticed a very large, very black hair in his fry container.

We brought it to the manager’s attention where like I said, she offered a brand new meal or something else but at that point we were so Taken back by the restaurant as a whole that we decided to go ahead and get a full refund.

Hoping I don’t get food poisoning. The sandwich was cold. The bun was hard as a rock and the meat was dried out like some sort of jerky and it was translucent from being so horrible.. I would like nothing more than to get my five dollars back, but I just spent on something. I only took two bites up. I took the top bun off was only eating the bottom bun, but it was like a piece of bread that has been microwaved. It was so hard. So it sits in the trash with a bite and a half taken out of it you can’t make disgusting taste good. I’m sure the health department would be appalled at the temperature in which the sandwich was served.

I got an email response saying reach out to our customer service at this link!!! BROKEN 404 Server ERROR no longer exists. Can Not reach out. Seriously they don't care

I paid 28.00 for My order wasn't given a receipt my order wasn't right I ordered a half pound RB a regular RB 6 pc cheese sticks ,med curly fries and a jamoca shake that was 28.00 really ,I get home cheese sticks 4 small curly fries I could go on and on called and spoke with the evening shift manager Shayla I think she said her name was she said they would replace my entire order she has my receipt but I need to come when she's there after 5 seriously I don't think so I call today and no one answered the phone. Are they closed down now 🤷‍♀️😡

I ordered my food asked for a receipt was told it would be in the bag. She had me pull around. When food came out no receipt the machine was broken. I checked my food it was wrong. Was told it was as ordered when the ticket on sandwiches had what I ordered but didn’t have anything on it food was wrong. They argue with you when it’s in printing what the order was . This is the reason places are closing. People want what they order not how they want to fix it.
