This is a great store that is always clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The bathrooms are generally clean and well stocked. The drink station and condiment area is always well stocked. The food is generally fresh and is served in a timely manner. I've rarely had any issues and the ones I have encountered have been small and were all addressed properly by management when complaints were made.
On July 2nd, I went through the drive-through and ordered the new steak sandwich. The steak sandwich was excessively moist, and the bread was soggy, which did not align with the picture. The curly fries were cold. I contacted the establishment and spoke with the manager, who promptly replaced my order. On July 8th, I went to replace my order. Very clean and pleasant environment. I wish I had the managers name she was wonderful! She was training a new hire and she definitely has the patience and the demeanor for her position. Thank you guys.
