Arby's in Nashville

“I always go to this Arby’s location when I am in west Nashville. Great staff, super clean/well maintained, the food is freshly prepared when ordered, & the Manager Lee always says hello! I am glad to see the orange crème shake is back for summer!“

“I had stopped at Arby’s to get myself a sandwich before going to the grocery store. I locked my keys in the car and the people that were working. There were exceptionally helpful. John and Steve made when I was waiting for the unlocked service, which took quite a bit of time they would check on me and even John even helped me by putting his phone number so he could give me updates. That’s the type of people you really do enjoy going to a restaurant for.“

“This is a great store that is always clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The bathrooms are generally clean and well stocked. The drink station and condiment area is always well stocked. The food is generally fresh and is served in a timely manner. I've rarely had any issues and the ones I have encountered have been small and were all addressed properly by management when complaints were made.“
