“We arrived just before lunch rush. There was one person in line before us who had already ordered and was waiting for her order. Then there were some to go orders that were called in. That they prepared. Then they finally took our order after about ten minutes. The lady who is in line in front of us waiting for her order still didn't have hers, and it was just for 2 people.I ordered the buffalo chicken crunchy wrap with crinkle fries and a soda. My husband made his order and then added on a belief it's called a reeces peanut butter cookie.The restaurant was beautiful. Very clean with nice furnishings. Probably a couple of years old. But it looked great. And the employees were nice. As for the food, My husband enjoyed his roast beef sandwich, But not the curly fries. He also ordered an apple turn over. When he bit into the turnover it was cherry. But thankfully he likes cherry. The paper was stuck to the topping. And that was a little bit irritating to him , but otherwise he enjoyed it.I bit into my chicken wrap and it was very tough. You could barely tear the rap with your fingers. So I opened it up and ended up just eating the chicken inside which was tasty. My crubkle fries we're really good my husband enjoy eating those too. The cookie was a very dry and flavorless. It cost about two dollars. It was about four hundred and fifty calories. Which I spat out the bite that I took. My husband had a bite of it and he did not like it either. the cookie bag had an expiration of october twenty twenty four. Just overall an overpriced, very dry flavourless cookie.Will we be back any time soon, It's highly unlikely. The lady that was waiting in front of us, We got our food before she got hers.“
“Love this place, come here every chance I get, since I was 20yrs.old and I'm 56yrs.old now. For some reason they're jamocha are the only milkshakes I can drink with my IBS and my diverticulitis. Love the process of getting coupons just because I use my bank card because the county we live in does not have an Arby's. I love the fact that no matter what county am I in or what Arby's at go in and to be honest I have actually been in other states and Arby's no matter where does not disappoint. Always claimed always friendly and above all always affordable. Love love love you guys“
“IDK what I would've done without the staff and the community. By all means that the area see a lot of people of all walks of life. I can't even remember what names of all the staff.To the young lady with blonde hair, 4 children, and a husband who loves is so genuine and unconditional support for strangers and were so open to helping my self and service dogs, just so we had a place to sleep. The managers are the best. The young gentleman who is the first every time someone singles out because he is throwing tough love and support for the team he oversees. Doesn't matter he just cares about the store and people he manages and there families. It's all on him if it fails. There's not amount of money in the world to compensate for the tight ship he runs. The pride and responsibility he holds glares in his presence and it's very humbling and blessing to see.There's one other gentleman younger guy who is the real MVP. Truthfully everysingle team member of the arbys were and how much after a traumatic experience of my life I had it's hard to find the right one for the team. But this gentleman who I'm speaking of was so observant and the most selfless person I've may of ever met. Down to the cantankerous customer who just couldn't resist the urge to find the perfect fries and may be just poking the bear to speak with him during a dinner rush of which was understaffed due to other members emergency as well. But he still hasn't been able to neglect one thing and when one unfortunate dog owner saw light of the trauma his dog was bringing to mine. He stopped immediately and handle that situation with the utmost respect poise demeanor possible. All the while still presenting the window, expo, taking orders in the front, dealing with the the customer service skills to the exact perfection, and on top coordinate with the back of the house and restocking, counting burgers, to being a team member and trusting his Cooks with the same thing to make the dream work. Not to mention that they all did this to cleanliness of the entire store. The young man talked to me like that we were best friends for decades. Not only that but he also said the exact advice I needed to get back up and get me out of the sketchiest places to date I've been in and out of the victim mindset. Without questions asked or even me having too he was going to pay out of pocket for a ride back to my place of which I'll call home now. Almost a hour away. Told me that he knew that I was going to be gaining whatever it was and how much he wanted me to come over this hurdle and back to my feet and the strong family and business man I am today.So many life lessons and blessings to you at arbys showed me and so glad I got to be part of. Chapter of my life that was weirdly like the idea of Tuesday's with Morrie reflection of the reasons and to this thing we call life. I'll definitely be here in touch with you by reviews of where we and my family end up. Please know that you and each one of you even if you think not. Doesn't matter. “The girls working tonight did a fantastic job with my order. I believe this was on Patricia's (I hope I got her name right) shift. I got the brown sugar bacon turkey meal with curly fries and a sprite. I ate in the main area. Great suggestion with this sandwich.It was a great experience, they were so pleasant. They looked like they were having a great time while working and got my order out very quickly.“
