“I just wanted to recognize Trenton (or Quienton — I may have misspelled his name) working at the Memorial Blvd Arby’s in Murfreesboro. His customer service absolutely blew me away tonight. He was respectful, professional, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job. You can tell this young man has an incredible work ethic and was raised right. In a time where good customer service is becoming rare, he stood out in a BIG way. Arby’s needs more employees like him. I have a nine year old son that was super happy with how friendly this young man was. On our way home he said,”He treated us like we were family!” Need I say anymore. Very bright young man! Kids his age could really learn from him!

“My husband and I stopped at a Pilot gas station to use the restroom and noticed there was an Arby’s, we decided to grab a quick bite. We were greeted by Cory and boy what a breath of fresh air! He was incredibly kind and welcoming, and honestly, this was the best fast food experience we’ve had in a long time.
We ordered the brisket sandwich and a Jamocha shake both were absolutely delicious! Even the mac and cheese was surprisingly good.
In a time when fast food customer service can be hit or miss (and often just plain bad). This location blew us away. Cory if you’re reading this, you’re awesome. Seriously, give this man a raise!“
