About Aviator's Restaurant

Aviator's Restaurant is an excellent hotel restaurant located in the Hilton lobby, conveniently across from the airport. It is a beautiful, spacious, and wonderful venue for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, providing a good alternative to airport food.

The food receives high praise. Recommended dishes include the blackened salmon, the Arcadian harvest salad with salmon, wings with a delicious dry rub, the smashburger, and sweet potato fries. For breakfast, the hearty breakfast sandwiches and western omelets are liked. The Alaboy pork chop sandwich is also superb. Portions are big and the fries, spiced with their own blend of spices, are standout. Service is generally very good, attentive, polite, and amazing, with staff noted for being hardworking and attentive.

While convenient, there can be delays during busy times, such as a long wait for brunch. However, the overall experience is highly recommended for a very good meal with great service.
