I made reservations through Open Table 9/18/26! I'm disappointed that the restaurant canceled my reservation, so I do not get points with Open Table. My server was Jess G. She was great explaining things on the menu because none of it made sense to me and I did not have to ask for this or that! She was on top of it! he food was great except for the mushrooms. Bacco is a restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel in Nashville, TN. Guests have had amazing experiences from start to finish, with kind and welcoming staff who are accommodating, patient, and attentive, even with an infant. The service across the board is five-star, and the atmosphere is phenomenal, feeling like a restaurant that has been running for years rather than just opened. Servers explain the menu in detail, answer questions, and make thoughtful recommendations. The food is great, with the bread baked in-house in a pizza oven and served with olive oil infused with three cloves of garlic, the tuna appetizer marinated and served on a bed of puréed tomatoes, the 1/2 dozen oyster, the BB Sole Piccata, OJ, 1 liter of water had 2, mushrooms, the tiramisu, the ribeye medium-well, the filet medium-rare, the pizzette, and the French toast all delicious. The steaks are cooked to exactly the temperature ordered and can practically be cut with a fork. The staff goes the extra mile to make guests feel special for a birthday celebration, and the manager on duty is exceptional. Bacco is highly recommended for dinner.
