I’m 100% sure this is retirement/nursing home food. BYOS BRING YOUR OWN SEASONING. Even the BBQ sauce has 0 taste.

Picked up a family pack meal recently and had the SWEETEST older woman help us. She took the time to understand our order, speak to our dog at the drive thru window, and make sure we had everything we needed for our large order. I wish we had caught her name (receipt just says Cashier 11), but her kind service made our day!

Not very friendly. Told me my delivery order wasn’t ready only to have me waiting 10 mins for another lady to give me a bag that was sitting on the counter when I walked in. Food isn’t even that great and service (for me anyway) was worse. Always look at me crazy when I come here. I don’t eat here anymore and I refuse to take anymore deliveries from here

I went to the Barbecutie tonight for dinner for my family. The service was so kind but I was
Disappointed in the food. The beef steak tasted like cafeteria style food from a school
Cafeteria. I went back to get a salad in exchange and asked for no bacon to be on it and I was so sad because the salad was covered in bacon bits and I have a severe pork
Allergy.

I ended up going back a third time
For
A refund . I am sad because the servers were kind but the food was disappointing and I was so hopeful.
I wish the friendly service matched the food but we were disappointed .

I highly DO NOT recommend this restaurant!!! The brisket was AWFUL!! Tough as leather and full of fat!! The ribs were AWFUL too!!

Food is always cold when delivered and tastes like it has been sitting a while. Also both times I have ordered they did not give any bbq sauce. Even when I called to ensure they would give us some the second time.
