Food is always cold when delivered and tastes like it has been sitting a while. Also both times I have ordered they did not give any bbq sauce. Even when I called to ensure they would give us some the second time.

The food was very mid that day and they didn't give you a lot for that price.

I tried Center Point.. They SUCK.. so.. We went to this place.. OMG. We spent UNDER 50 bucks.. we got sooooo much food.. with several sides.. the drive thru Girl was awesome.. and it was very QUICK. I will definitely be coming back here.. 1000000 times.. It's my favorite place .. This is the BEST BBQ PLACE I HAVE EXPERIENCED since I been to TN

I visited this location on the 5th of April. I was very impressed with the service of the two ladies working the front counter. Ms. Victoria and the other lady whom I don't recall her name. They were very polite and nice and fulfilled my order correctly and in a timely manner. I was also impressed with how they handled themselves inspite of the terrible storm that rolled through that produced winds in excess of 70mph. The quality of the food was fantastic and I will certainly be a return customer.

Normally this place is really good but we both ended up with food poisoning after eating here last night, either the dressing or the banana pudding because we both got those.

Their food is consistently over-the-top scrumptious. It's a fun environment that has an eclectic collection of piped-in country music, and it feels like we're at a picnic. There's a wide variety of meats, with squeeze bottles set up on the tables for choices of Hot, Sweet, Carolina, Mild.. I always get stuck on which side I want, because they're all fabulous. Nicole and Heidi are our favorite up front and serving. A couple of times we went, the white beans were a bit mushy and blah. My husband found the roast beef to be dry on those same visits. But, hey. I still give them 5 stars for their killer food. It's our go-to for barbecue. Edited in February, 2025: The prices are now sky-high. We hadn't been there in awhile, so we especially felt the sting when paying. The food itself seemed sub-par when compared with times past. Yes, times are tough, but we're all making our way. We'll go back and hope for the best.

Really good food normally but the portions are so small for the price, Atmosphere was totally dead for lunch and my chicken fried steak was cooked so hard there wasn't hardly anything but some crusty batter and tough hard to chew and a single scoop of potatoes and dishwater gravy that wasn't brown but grey but was claimed to be gravy. Six pieces of okra. Hardly worth the 15 dollars I spent. The managers attitude really needs some HR work. I won't be returning because I don't pay for overcooked under portioned food.

One of my most favorite places to stop anytime I’m in Madison area. The waitresses and things are always friendly, kind and courteous. The food is always hot fresh and tasty. I treat you like you’re a family even if they’ve never met you before my favorite foods there are definitelythe banana pudding which taste like it is homemade. I’m assuming it is and I love the baked potatoes.

I ordered through door dash and loved everything. But I would suggest packing everything separately for the baked taters just cause the butter was melted by the time I got my food!!!!

They have my favorite tea. If you love fruit tea I definitely recommend stopping in and grabbing a cup. I usually buy a gallon when I stop by.

I'm a regular here and the food is delicious..... This last time I ordered chicken breast and paid 14 dollars for the plate got home and this was all I got for the chicken a small small chicken breast ! I was so disappointed 😞 .

The worst food on earth..I ordered through door dash and not only was my food late for my lunch break the food was disgusting and the wrong order..Manager was rude and never did make my order right or did I receive a refund through door dash...40.00 wasted on 🗑️

Went thru drive thru and ordered Half Rack Baby Back Ribs WET with BBQ Sauce. Got home and discovered Ribs were DRY w/o BBQ Sauce. 😖

Mac & Cheese and Turnip Greens were delicious. 😋

The gentleman working the drive thru was very professional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
