A cool wind down spot. Happy hour drink specials are legit, food was good; photo booth in the back corner, table games and pool table makes it a nice vibe and atmosphere. A little dark inside when I went, although loved the holiday themed decor!

So let me start by saying that my wife and I ate here a couple years ago. Stumbled upon it and we're glad that we stopped. I can't remember what burger I ordered but honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had. Excellent bourbon selection but I went with the Little Book. We will be spending Thanksgiving week '25 in Nashville (from Cali)and can't wait to get back to this place for some great food and drink.

As someone who frequents on average 20 bars or restaurants a week and is part of the industry here locally, it is with sincere passion, and honesty that I openly express my backing and support in saying Barrel Proof is the absolute best bar in this city for any local (and/or industry worker), but also a blast for tourists to come soak in what it is truly like to be “one of us”; and from there, the staff will gladly direct you to more friendly and fun spots!

I don’t love giving negative reviews, but these were truly some of the worst drinks we’ve had in Nashville. We stopped here for the free validated parking while waiting for our dinner reservations.
The wings were a decent app to split, but a bit pricey for the size. The service wasn’t bad but, again, would never have any of the drinks any of our party ordered again.
