We are at BarTaco Nashville in 12South and while I’ve been there many many times, tonight was my husbands first time. He has a lemon&lime allergy. When we alerted the waiter of this to make sure we weren’t ordering something with them in it, he confirmed a couple items we planned to order would need to be mine since they had lime. Then 2 separate managers came to our table to double check the allergy and need. Primarily to confirm tacos ordered where some ingredients also had lime. They were so attentive and made sure that his food came out on a separate plate with no lime or lime garnish. So incredibly impressive how much they cared his experience was healthy and positive. Much thanks to the staff at 12South for superb customer service and care!!

I didn’t order from this location nor would I ever. I placed an online order for Edley’s went to pick it up on my lunch break which is only 30 minutes and when trying to leave the parking area in the back Bar Taco had a big huge truck blocking the entrance where no cars could come in or leave I originally assumed it was Edley’s but later find it is this stupid Taco restaurant next to Edley’s. It’s beyond me that they would have a big truck unloading blocking a once way entrance no consideration for any customer of theirs or Edley’s I waited 20 minutes before they moved the damn truck o went in talked to the GM that basically didn’t give a damn. While waiting Metropolis charged me for time that I had to wait for the Bar Taco taking there slow time to move the truck. Bar Taco need to consider the fact that customers are charged to park having a truck unload blocking customers from leaving for 20 minutes is unacceptable. What if there was an emergency and customers and employees parked in the back had to escape or danger you'll would definitely be to blame.

Food Poisoning. My husband ended up with food poisoning last night from eating here. He vomited so profusely that he lost his voice. I felt ill after also. What happened here, BarTaco? Disappointing.

Watermelon Margarita was fantastic! Ordered twice. Bit inconsistent in how it was made each time. But that is a minor issue. Tacos were excellent! Server was excellent. This was our first time. She explained how it is done. We will visit again!

Something different but delicious! The chicken and rice was my favorite! A close second was the fried shrimp taco! They cater to gluten-free customers, which is why we chose this restaurant. The service was excellent and combined with a cool vibe atmosphere, made our experience very enjoyable!

I came here for a second anniversary at the recommender station of some friends, and it amazing! The staff was super respectful (shot out to Gavin G!) and the management team checked on each table ensure quality of service. Great atmosphere and even better drinks can't wait to be back!

We had an incredible time at bartaco. Our food tasted fresh and service was incredible. We had a lovely server (forgot her name but she had awesome tarot earrings) that made it a fabulous dining experience. Strongly recommend the pork belly tacos and the churros but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!
