I was super disappointed when I got home and realized they forgot my hush puppy order! But, the ribs, beans, slaw and fries were superb, so this place still gets a 5! The ribs were delicious and fell off the bones, soooooo good!
Despite there being many barbecue places in nashville, not many of them are very good.That being said, I find that Drifters is one of the better ones. I had a brisket and pulled pork sandwich that was actually very mouth watering.Instead of being bland u smoked meat like most Nashville places serve. Stumbled into this place while trying to find a parking space for a "Big Name" barbeque place. So glad I did. The ribs were "fall of the bone" tender but I wish they were a little more spicy. The beans and slaw were great and the atmosphere was excellent! I would highly recommend! Oh, cobbler with ice cream made my day!
