Clifford, the General Manager, was exceptional during our visit. He had come in simply to support his staff that day, he still took the time to ensure that we were well taken care of. His professionalism, attentiveness, and commitment to excellent customer service were truly impressive. He is top-notch, and we greatly appreciate the outstanding experience he provided.

Ran across this place going to a concert at the Bridgestone. Great food and good service. The brisket sandwich was excellent, along with the sweet potato fries.

The worst sports bar I have ever been to. Went there to watch first round of games for ncaa men’s basketball tournament and they did not have the tv’s on. First game started at 11:15am and the game we watched to watch was at 11:40 and tv’s still weren’t on at 11:30. We had ordered drinks and barely drank them before leaving at 11:30 so we could catch the 11:40 game somewhere else. A complete joke of a sports bar!!!!

Our server, Alex, did a great job of making us feel welcomed and cared for the entire time my friend and I were there. He was quick to greet us and brought our drinks quickly. His friendly affect and attention to detail made our dinner very enjoyable.

We were here with a party that started with 8 and grew to 11 to watch a game. It was the worst service I have ever had. Our server varied between non-existent to actually ibelligsrent. Our tab as a group was nearly $1000, but could have been double that had we actually gotten service. Once when the server was nowhere to be found I tried to get a drink from the bartender but he wouldn’t give me one because he said we had a waitress and would have to wait for her. I will never be back. I would have spoken to a manager about the qualities of service, but he wasn’t anywhere to be found either. Both my wife and I have waited tables, and are very generous to wait staff, but I’ve never encountered someone so put out to actually just do their job. Unfortunately because our party was so big , tip was included. It was more like being robbed than served, and she acted like she knew she was getting the tip regardless so why actually do her job? Horrendous. There are so many other better places to go in Nashville. Avoid this place at all costs

This is one of my favorite spots in Nashville to see concerts. Not a bad seat all. I have seen Artists like Kelsea and many others. I recommend my friends check this venue out for a great experience for a concert
