Betty’s doesn’t pay the musicians that play there and communicate with bands like toddlers. These people are a bunch of predators taken advantage of smaller musicians who travel and look for shows. So very typical of Nashville. If you like supporting businesses that are predatory and take advantage of artists then you’ll love Betty’s. As someone who is in a band, played there, and didn’t get paid…..well I got quite the bone to pick with them……
We were in from Denmark and had a wonderful all-American bar experience there… very nice bartender and we had fun talking to the other guets .. just go there

Betty's Grill is a great old school dive bar in a changing area, and a hidden gem in West Nashville. The menu is limited but decent, with superb grilled cheese, wings, and onion rings. Live music with country, blues, and rock and roll shows every night and sports on TV entertain an eclectic crowd. The friendly staff and bartenders provide outstanding service. This local hangout offers a cool, chill atmosphere, frosty beer mugs, and is surprisingly clean.
