The pork chop was good and the dark meat chicken was juicy and flavorful. The white beans need some seasoning to help them out. The mac n cheese needs to just be taken off the menu. I would give them another try but probably just stick to the same meats as a quick go to when you're in a rush. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly even dealing with a customer trying to haggle the price. I think this is mostly geared toward the 65 and older diabetics who still want...
It is impossible to leave this place without being so full you split your pants!!! Absolutely delicious food. Chicken & dressing was perfect and portion size insane! Pairing this with their fruit tea was perfect. While there are a few tables, this is more of a take out than dine in.
Very nice people and the food was great. I plan to go back there next time I’m in the area. The food reminded me of my granny’s home cooking when I was a child. The restaurant and soul food set a nostalgic vibe with 90’s R&B music playing in the background. They also had koolaid. This is one of my new favorite places. If I lived or worked close by I would probably be there every day.
