I went to White Bison Coffee in 1101 Long Hollow Pike, Gallatin, and entered the drive thru, nobody was there, then I went inside and the lady was not wearing her earset to take drive thru orders so she was never aware that I was in the window waiting to make my order.
She refused to serve me a coffee.

The variety of food is amazing for the price. For people who are vegeterians should be considered because they are not only making vegeterians food for you and this is not vegterians place so dont expect too much, they have to make the variety of food for students. The value was great for the amount of money that you spent.
I visited from out of state while I was in TN and ordered a fresh strawberry smoothie and a caramel iced coffee. The smoothie was the best I've ever had! #fresh The coffee my daughter ordered was great, especially since they made it with caramel sauce (not syrup!). #yum The staff were cheerful, helpful, and friendly! It was refreshing to see great customer service.
