Dietary restrictions: Many options for those with dietary restrictions
Stopped by on the way home from Nashville, my folks are very picky with their coffee and having worked at a college Starbucks in Murfreesboro I wasn't confident they'd get what they asked for. Person at the counter was very accommodating and everyone got exactly what they'd asked for with no problems. Staff was all very polite

Ordering online is not for this. They barely check up for online orders and prioritize walk-in orders. Had to wait 15 mins for my order that was supposed to be done already.
