First time In this establishment and was greeted and served by the absolute sweetest girl!! I was unsure of which drink(juice) to get and she offered a small “flight” of their homemade juices! To my surprise- the two that I had my eye on were actually my least favorite! I’m so thankful she encouraged trying them all. I ended up getting the green kale apple juice and it was soooo yummy. It was very nice to be able to join the wait list before arriving so we could sit down right away even with the after church rush.

First Watch is a health-conscious restaurant with amazing, fast, and fresh food. The place can get loud, but it's worth trying for a great dining experience. The menu offers a variety of non-traditional options, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or lunch, including the Carne Asada and the perfect Waffle. Despite some slow service, the delicious food and attentive staff make it a must-visit spot. Guests love the Cereal Toast and Lavender Pea Flower drinks, and the restaurant also caters to dietary restrictions with clearly listed ingredients. Veterans appreciate the military discounts, and the quality ingredients and flavors keep customers coming back. Even with a wait, the experience is definitely worth it.
