We had an incredible experience at the Black Rabbit. Our reservation was at 7:30 so the live band wasn't playing yet, but the music playing throughout the restaurant was amazing and set a great vibe. We loved the feel of the restaurant from the minute we walked in. Alison was our server and she was incredible. She was really attentive, kind, and took extra care with my allergy. She even took a picture for our group as we were having a girls night! We also had a sweet interaction...
I booked the Black Rabbit before our trip to Nashville. It was a little bit of a walk from downtown but it was so worth it. The crabcake was excellent and the Trout was delish. Overall we had a great dining experience and highly recommend.
I thought that there would be more history associated with the building. It's actually brother small and we were set right up front. The food was not as good as I had hoped for. It's definitely beautiful and definitely edible but the steak wasn't cooked just right and the old fashions were way heavy on the bitters. For the price I think I just expected a little more.
