A great night out experienced at Blanco. The restaurant accommodated our very large group perfectly. We had many dietary restrictions and the menu allowed for everyone to eat and have decent choices. Everyone in the group was very happy with their drinks and food. Top notch server with Karen! Thank you for anticipating everyone’s needs before we even asked. She was so pleasant and helpful. 10/10

Absolutely love this place! My mom and I stopped by before a concert for dinner, and we had always wanted to try. The chips were hot and fresh, and the salsa tasted amazing (and I’m not a salsa person!). The guac was the best guac I’ve ever had. It was very fresh, creamy, and smooth. While we did have to wait for a fresh batch of rice, the wait was worth it. Our bowls were flavorful and hot. The service was excellent too. We had an issue with a homeless man holding a vulgar sign (we were seated by the window) who came up to our window and stayed there for a bit, grinning, and the manager came to check on us and offered a different way to leave the restaurant if we didn’t feel safe. He also went outside to make sure the man had left. (Our guac was complimentary since we had to wait a while for the rice)
We would definitely come back!!

We had a reservation and arrived exactly on time. The front of house staff was almost rude. Greeted us with, “your table isn't ready.”...no explanation or anything further, like, “it should be much longer...you guys are welcome to wait at the bar...etc.” a little communication would have been nice. 30 minutes later our table was ready. Food was average. Our server, Allison, saved the day. She was awesome!

I really enjoyed the vibe of this restaurant. When we arrived they wanted to seat us at this high top table at the front door which we knew was a no, so we requested to be at a booth and they quickly accommodated our group of 4. Once seated our server immediately took our drink and appetizer orders. I ordered a Mango Stand Cocktail, which is basically a spicy mango margarita and it was delicious. I especially loved that it was garnished with a dried mango slice! *Chefs Kiss!* For my appetizer, I ordered the Mango Ceviche! OMG!! It is absolutely amazing! If I weren’t traveling I would have purchased more to take home! I could have just ordered that and nothing else!!! It was pure bliss and instantly put me in my happy place!!
Why they lost a point… My main dish was very lackluster! I ordered the Shrimp Scampi Fajita as a bowl. First, the shrimp and the sauce on it were not hot. You could tell the dish was plated in waves, as some of the rice and beans were hot and some not. Also, scampi sauce is supposed to be a butter sauce, this sauce was thick and creamy which actually took away from the dish! It wasn’t hot and wasn’t all that great and everyone at the table agreed that the rice was way too salty!
So all in all not a bad place to visit if you’re in downtown Nashville. The service was excellent. Atmosphere was vibing. I love the decor! The Mango Ceviche was top notch, but maybe I should not have requested my Shrimp Scampi Fajita be a bowl! That was definitely not it!

Came in for a birthday dinner. Very cute spot. Good for date night or night out with friends. Our waitress was Karen, and she was A1. Very attentive and sweet as could be. Food and drinks were so tasty. Must try the guacamole. Those caramelized onions set it off. Everything we ordered was full of flavor, and we would definitely go again. restrooms were clean, too. If ever downtown, check them out. You won't be disappointed.

My girlfriend and I were sooo hungry and tired of the chaotic street scene and wanted something healthier than bar or tavern food. We happen to walk in and we’re positively surprised at the quality of the food given we were right downtown on Broadway… the ceviche, guacamole and tacos were spectacular and wicked fresh. Once inside, youths noise and chaos of the street traffic are drowned out. Great place!!
The food here is really great quality. Our server said they make everything in-house (except flour tortillas). The corn tortillas are absolutely amazing! Great margaritas too. We went around 8:00 p.m. on a Wednesday evening and it wasn't as loud as most other places on Broadway.

Four of us each had a different food order and no one enjoyed their meal. The shocker was our skinny margaritas which tasted like water and lime, however the kicker is the one drink was $18.50 and a $4.58 liquor tax! $23 total for one glass of lime water.

Blanco was incredibly tasty, with fantastic service, food, and drinks. We had the queso fundido as an appetizer, and it was just fantastic. I had the chicken fajitas, my kids had some crunchy tacos, and my husband had the carnitas tacos. Hands down, one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to.
