I've been eating at BCB for nearly two decades and at this franchise for nearly six years and something about this place always draws me in for a cheat meal. Could be their pineapple salsa, their baja fruit tea, how awesome the manager here is, but I would say it's a collection of these things in addition to the chill atmosphere and that it's a creative spin on mexican cuisine. Prices aren't high for what you're getting, either!

Quality of food and customer service have both declined. I ordered a chicken bowl and the chicken was entirely too salty. Went back in to get it replaced, which they did, then the manager informed me that “for future reference I can’t remake your bowl just because the chicken is salty” New bowl is not impressive. The food has definitely changed.

I will never go to Qdoba or Chipotle again! I wasn't sure what I wanted to order and the gentleman working explained everything to me, answered my questions with pure customer service and had a genuine conversation with us! Customer service like that is hard to find these days and he absolutely nailed it! The food was fantastic and the fruit tea many salsas to pick from and large portions! Will definitely be back sooner than later!
Parking: Easy to find parking!
Kid-friendliness: The music was great and at a great level! We came without our kids but I always observe if it is a place to bring my kids to and, they will be joining me next time!

I never knew what I'd been missing, love going here for lunch. You get a huge burrito with chips and a drink for around $11, you really can't beat it these days, and not to mention. The now three times that I have eaten here, my burrito was delicious.

I love other blue coast burritos… but this one is hands down the worst and it’s sad because you can tell it’s how it’s ran and the employees. They always seem annoyed to be working and today took the cake. I got there 20 minutes before close to just get a Togo burrito (I get it’s close to time to close but almost 30 minutes is ridiculous), they literally walked to the door as I parked to lock it and stared at me as they did. Just pure laziness.

The staff was nice. The food was okay. The atmosphere was not so much. Soda machine was out of order, and they had 2 litter bottles of a couple of sodas. I had tea. They were attentive to allergen concerns, which was nice. Overall, it just felt dated.
