I wanted to check this place out for awhile but never had an opportunity too. When I walked in the waitress told me to go snag a spot and she’ll follow me out with menus and a high chair for my one year old daughter. After about ten minutes of my wrangling my daughter with no water or menus just about the time I get up to leave she comes back out and asks if I need a menu….yes and a high chair please. So she swings by and drops a high chair off and I start to get my baby buckled in..the buckle is broken. Okay no problem I’ll go get a new one since I saw where she got it from, they are all covered in spiders and cobwebs so I carry my baby inside and ask someone to clean one off for us. At this point it’s in the 90’s I’m wrestling a one year old, haven’t eaten anything, I desperately need some water and it’s been about twenty minutes now. Then she comes back with a clean functional high chair and a glass of water and a menu(I later had to ask for a drink menu, I guess they don’t bring those out until you ask). As soon as she comes back to take our order I immediately put in the order and ask if she can bring the Mac and cheese out for my daughter first because she really needs something to eat. No dice, everything came out together so I ask for a to go box and check because I just have to get out of here. I’m feeding her her Mac and cheese and nibbling on my shrimp and grits and I increasingly start feeling sick and more sick the more bites I take so I pack it all up and head home. I threw up once as soon as I got home and thought I just over exerted myself in the heat. About an hour later, I got my dinner out of the fridge to heat it up and within the hour, I was feeling incredibly sick with stomach cramps, nausea, I couldn’t hold water down all night until about 2am. I have never been so sick from food in my life. I’m incredibly traumatized from the start to finish of my trip to this place and I won’t even recommend it on my worst enemy. Sucks because the atmosphere is nice.

Friendly staff, great location, and great seafood.

Great place to unwind. Wonderful service. Excellent food. The Catfish platter was tender fresh and so delicious. Loved the hushpuppies and french fries. The view of being on the river at this restaurant was so peaceful and relaxing. A must visit place.

Terrible food, couldn’t finish a single dish. Waitress was wt least nice to us.

Insanely overpriced for the quality of food. Like seriously overpriced. Drinks are very average and $16. I spent $120 for two people and we got chicken tenders and a wrap. It’s cool being on the water though.

This place is gorgeous and I highly recommend the shrimp po’boy!!

First time visitor with my family and was very disappointed. I heard great things so decided to make the drive to try it and unfortunately, was provided a poor first impression. Arrived at 6:15pm right before sundown on yesterday and was told by the hostess there would be no wait if we were seated on the inside being the patio was full. We were a party of 3 where no one was seated at a table on the inside except us. We were provided a table in less than 5mins. Directly after seating us, 1 male who was behind us was seated on the inside also. The patio was full and the bar appeared full, it looked as if the staff was short yesterday but we were enjoying the view and atmosphere so much we continued our stay. We finally met and our waitress after being seated for about 20mins, and after she took the males order that was seated after us. When ordering our drinks we decided to just place our meal order at the same time which was the cobb salad, brisket nachos (appetizer), and the chicken wrap. As we continued to wait the inside became very full, up until a point where there was a wait outside to be seated. Sadly we began to notice inside tables of parties some even larger than ours were getting there food (steaks, burgers, seafood) before us. Our waitress breezed by to say ours should be out soon. After continuing to wait, the last draw was seeing a table of 4 who was seated for an about 10mins get their hot food plated. To arrive at 6:15pm and to make the decision to leave at 7:45pm with was very disappointing. As our waitress was delivery a tray of food to the table next to us, I decided to leave but not before letting her know. I explained; ma’am we are going to have to leave being we are seeing several table being served that came after us. Her response: “that’s fair and good night”. It looked as if they were understaffed and I can understand that causing the delay, but to see multiple tables being served on the inside to families/individuals when my family was seated first only leaves me to believe if you are a person of color your money does not spend the same way in this establishment. Disappointed but lesson learned.

Showed up because Google said it was open but it was very very dark and after calling the number and 5-7 rings later get voice mail that they’ve closed for winter.

Interesting find for a late-night snack. Even though it was on the water, it was pleasant. Now for the best part...the sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy and the fish tacos were deliciously seasoned well and had a little kick of spice. I had a Red Stripe because there was a lack of beer options on tap, which was not a problem. Tip: pay attention to the parking signs.

Good service and a relaxing place to spend an afternoon!

We had never been to the BMWG and were nervous when we turned into the lot. Definitely you should park and go in! The service was top notch. Our waiter was very attentive. Our food came out really fast. We both were very happy with the quality and preparation of the food. The atmosphere on the water was really nice and the entire restaurant area inside and out was very clean. Try it ☺️

Our lunch was perfect. The ambiance is fantastic. We enjoyed being right on the water and watching various boats cruise by or pull right up to the restaurant. The food and service are both outstanding. Perfect spot for Sunday brunch or to hang out and watch a football game. We will certainly be returning soon.

Really great place, on the marina! Atmosphere, and service were excellent. We enjoyed brunch on the water...food was tasty, also.
