Their sesame seed bagels are bitter because they use dark sesames (no heads up on that, so we were surprised). They charged me $6 to add butter and strawberry jam, OMG!!!! So almost $10 got me what I would have paid for 2 bagels in NYC. Finally, I asked for my bagel to be dark toasted, it was barely even toasted. I don’t think we’ll be back. Too bad, it has such potential.
