The sushi is just bad. There were 2 atoms of crab in my expensive roll - I only tasted rice. The tobiko was also another 0.5 atoms. I paid a lot for this specialty roll and was eating 99% rice. Also they forgot the eel sauce. I ordered crab and got fried nothing bits. The end pieces didn't even have any at all. My other eel roll was mid. Who are they scamming

Walked in at 2pm, empty restaurant still open he hostess said they have a 25 minute wait. Thought they might have pre booked reservations but then we went to the restaurant right across and were there for more than an hour so could see them and they were still empty all thru. Think they are not equipped for more than 3 tables in such a big spot.

I give it 5 stars because the food was very delicious as was the place, very modern with its Asian touch, my only problem would be that my waiter recommended several things to me, in a very kind way, but when I ordered, I ordered with my family 3 different types of sushi, and in the end the waiter brought 3 sushi of the same type or flavor, you could say that the boy was a little distracted, but no way.

My boyfriend and I went here for a date night last night. I’ve been before for my birthday and the service was excellent but this experience was the complete opposite.When we arrived yesterday at 8:00pm, the dining room was still very full with a partially full bar. We had no idea they close at 9:00pm. No one greeted us upon arrival.Our first server transferred us to someone else who still wasn’t as attentive. We put our order in well before last call. It still took 45-50 minutes for us to get our food as we watched our server speak to every other table excluding ours. Watching our server and other servers congregate by the ice well while we are receiving NO communication is ridiculous. We just wanted an explanation and no one ever gave one. Sitting for over 1.5 hours with no food is ridiculous.The only thing they were quick with was the check. The food was delicious but the service was incredibly lack luster. I understand wanting to close down and go home but this was the most blatant display of disdain for guests. Maybe it was an off night for everyone but it was an incredibly disappointing experience.

Amazing food. Attention to detail from the note I sent thru Open Table about it being a late Valentine date night and my wife's allergy. One of our favorite places. You should come here too, especially if you are vegetarian or vegan.

Courtney was a great server and super friendly. The food arrived quickly and by different food runners- all efficient and professional. Saw the host or manager cleaning tables thoroughly and also saw the floor being swept after the table was cleared. Very clean environment. The level of service, teamwork, and cleanliness that Blue provided is missing in so many restaurants today.

Went an hour before closing and STILL received QUALITY food and SERVICE!! This is so hard to find these days and I'm so glad i got to experience it. The rolls were filled with flavor and the crab soup my friend scrapped the bottom of the bowl lol!! Great ambiance and decor I definitely will be back!!
