Vegan broth was delicious! Unfortunately the pho was served barely hot so by the time I finished it was close to room temperature. Tofu bahn mi also had great flavor.Vegetarian options: Vegan pho broth was the best I've tasted.
I came to assembly food hall looking for something that I wouldn't usually get. So I said to myself, why not Vietnamese food. I've had it one time before in New York so this was my second experience in Nashville. I got the Banh mi & pho combo with the Traditional beef pho and the Bbq pork Banh mi. The food was delicious! Great place for Vietnamese cuisine! Solid flavors and a variety of options on their menu. Today was our first visit to the Bellevue location and both food and service were 10/10!
