Really great experience at an East Nashville staple! The crab cake appetizer and lobster roll were divine. Great value for the money. We also got the British fish and chips and were not disappointed! Friendly service and a great patio. The ambience was great - you could hear the live music from drifters.

This is our first time coming, and we will come back again. .The food was also great. the portions were Hage. the fish was very crispy and cooked to perfection. This is definitely a place to come.

I was afraid this was going to be a chain restaurant. Not at all. My lobster roll had big chunks of lobster with the bun perfectly drenched in butter. Yum! Loved the green chile grits and Brussels sprouts. Husband loved his fish and chips. Staff was friendly but not intrusive. Got to watch our St. Louis Cardinals on TV in Nashville.

We found the experience average. We had the English fried fish and the Pub fried fish. US standard fries with English Fish and Chips instead of true English chips, plus the breading was soggy. The two pieces of pub fish in panko bread crumbs was hard from the fryer and finding any fish was a challenge. Service was just fair, we were seated with our reservation but then somehow lost until 20 minutes after I asked the hostess for water. The wait staff needs to come together as a team and the kitchen needs some skill training.
We stumbled upon the restaurant while shopping. The food and service were exceptional. Great crisp wedge salad, killer lobster roll and the Caesar salad with blackened salmon was amazing. A great value. Can't wait to come back.

I took my family to Boston Commons last week. I made a reservation for the patio because we had so many people. I received a text the morning of my reservation from Josef. He had looked at the weather forecast and noticed that it would be over 100 degrees around the time we were to arrive and wanted to see if I wanted to move everyone inside. He was not only thoughtful enough to consider that but also moved tables and accommodated our group. I really appreciated that extra effort to care for customers. The food, service, and condition of the restaurant were all great as well.
