I’m not exaggerating. I was drunk at 3:30am and this review is the following day… That was hands down THEE worst pizza my friends and I have ever had. That was horrible. Doughy, undercooked, and not given a shit about. Don’t order here. Go hungry!

This place is full of rude people who partake in awful business practices. They won’t tell you but the delivery fee is $8.99. You won’t know this until they arrive though. Also be careful if you’re staying in hotels in the area! The drivers are actually not allowed to come inside because they are sneaking inside the buildings and slipping menus under peoples doors and giving them out after front desk has said they’re not allowed inside because of this. I guess it’s a repeating issue. Really scummy business practices. Delivery person also called me five times while waiting for me to come down in the elevator which couldn’t have taken more than two minutes…and pretty awful food too. was cold upon arrival.

My boyfriend and I LOVE this place. We found it during a late night excursion in Nashville. It's open late, the food was fresh, the staff was friendly, and the food was amazing. It was the best pizza we ever had. We'll definitely be coming back!

Honestly not one to write a bad review but ive NEVER had such a horrible experience with the food service. We our from out of town and placed an order for delivery thag said it was going to be delivered at a certain time, 1:12am. Once that time had passed by i called to check on the order. They had told me it was on the way it would only be a few more minutes. Fast foward to now 1:40 called again said it was getting ready to leave the restaurant (so you lied the last time??) whatever…. 1:55 in the morning and the pizza is still not delivered…. At the point i am very frustrated, i call and ask about the situation and the proceeed to tell me it is about to leave the restaurant… i tell them i am extremely upset that i have been lied to and ask for them to cancel the order and just refund us; they say yes. I get woken up by a call at 2:20 in the morning saying the pizza is here (over an hour after the time we were expecting it) i told them i asked for the order to be canceled and was told i was getting a refund.. they said okay yes you will. but they never refuned us…. So we got moneu stolen from us and did not recieve the pizza. Horrible business ownership to lie to customers.

Terrible experience! Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 11:50 pm. I asked how long it would be before ordering and was told 45 minutes to an hour. After 1 hour, I called to get a status update and was told the pizzas just left and to wait outside my hotel for the delivery driver. Waited on the curb until 1:30 am. calling all the while but no-one answered the phone on their end. If they had, I would have cancelled the order as we were all resigned to not wait any longer and go to bed. I got a call from them at 2:22 am, almost 2.5 hours after ordering, telling me the driver was outside. I refused the order and told them to refund me my money as we had all gone to sleep. They refused to provide a refund or to own up to their service failure. Next day, I read the yelp reviews and apparently this is standard operating procedure for this place. How disappointing and infuriating. It's one thing to have a bad night, but as a business owner you should own up to it and do the right thing. I imagine since most of their business is to tourists, they don't care and just grab the money.

I wish I had pictures to post. My food shows delivered but I did not receive it. I called the Resturant and was told it would be a couple more minutes, it has now been an hour and two hours since placing the order. I’m told refunds aren’t offered for online orders. I have called 15+times.
