Ordered at 12:40am, arrived right on time as it said however didn't follow instructions for delievery, had to go to lobby & outside at 1:32am to pick up. Philly steak sub is great! Its good size! The garlic parm wings could be better, just had parmesan sprinkled on them🤷🏼‍♀️ all in all it served the purpose at 1:30 in the morning lol food was hot! Delievery guy seemed friendly.

Food was mid. Good sauce and crust, cheese was mediocre. The menu claims $9.99 plus $1.85 per topping. However, when I went to order a 12” $9.99 cheese pizza plus a single topping of pepperoni, I got a bill for $15.84, when it should’ve been $11.84 + tax. Apparently there is an extra surcharge for cheese when you order a single topping. Completely dishonest, false advertising in-store and according to the pamphlet left in my hotel. Frequent Nashville traveler, and I will never come back here.

I ordered pizza from this place but never received it. After checking Uber Eats/DoorDash, I noticed they seem to have multiple fake accounts using the same address. Please be careful and double-check before ordering so you don't get scammed like I did.

So,.I want super impressed with this place, but they are friendly and provided good food and good service. I was walking by and stopped in shortly before they closed and had their recommendation (I asked). It didn't look very impressive, but tasted good--and came with 2 really good bread sticks so it was a good experience. I have certainly had worse! Iwould definitely go back.

As someone who teaches business law and ethics, I found this experience deeply troubling, not simply because of the poor quality of the food, but because of the apparent disregard for honesty, accountability, and respect for consumers. Caesar’s Italian Restaurant & Pizza was listed as “Little Italy” on Uber Eats, creating the impression of a separate business while continuing the same practices. Businesses have a duty to present themselves truthfully so consumers can make informed purchasing decisions.

The false representations on the menu were especially concerning. The buy one, get one free mozzarella stick promotion displayed six pieces per order, yet I received only eight total instead of the twelve reasonably expected. I requested Italian dressing and received ranch. I also ordered spaghetti and meatballs with no notice that it would be prepared as a baked pasta dish rather than traditional spaghetti. Customers rely on menu descriptions, photos, and item details when ordering online. When those representations are inaccurate, the transaction is based on misleading information.

The customer service experience only made matters worse. After receiving the order, I called seeking a reasonable resolution and was placed on multiple holds for several minutes at a time, disconnected, and forced to call back repeatedly. Those delays and dismissive tactics reflected a clear lack of professionalism toward a paying customer raising legitimate concerns.

When I finally reached an employee, I was told to “be a man and come to the store for resolution,” despite the obvious fact that I ordered delivery because I did not have time to travel there. I was later told the manager could not assist, only for the same employee to call back afterward and say I could receive a refund if I came in person. That response appeared reactive rather than sincere.

The situation worsened when I attempted to speak with management earlier this evening as a follow-up. I was told the manager would not speak to a “little person with small problems.” Such language is insulting and wholly unacceptable in any professional setting. The same individual claimed to have recordings of me using profanity, while ignoring the repeated holds, dismissals, and refusal to address the actual complaint that caused understandable frustration. He also stated he was personally refusing to refund my money because I had left a negative review, then told me to “have a horrible night.”

Afterward, my calls were sent to voicemail. I left a calm message requesting a return call. When I called again, the same employee answered, said, “Just come to the restaurant and we will fix it,” and hung up once more. If management genuinely wanted to resolve the issue, they would have engaged in a productive conversation rather than continuing a pattern of hostility and avoidance.

At this point, my concern is no longer the money spent. It is about principle. Businesses that engage in false advertising, retaliatory conduct, and disrespectful treatment of customers should be held accountable. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau and gave the business an additional opportunity to resolve the matter directly. My hope is that this establishment learns that ethical conduct is not optional, truthful advertising is not a suggestion, and customers are not there to be deceived, insulted, or dismissed.

Horrific delivery service. Frank the driver was highly unprofessional. The food tasted fine though, but will definitely not be ordering again given the unreliable delivery service.
