Came to the restaurant at 8:50pm tonight to order to-go. Doors locked and all the waiters cleaning tables. I don’t understand why you have it posted that you close at 9:30 every night if you leave at 9:00. A waste in gas and time.

Man, they are quick ! I was tasked with getting lunch for our office. I was told by my co-workers that I didn't have to call in and just order when I get there and I did just that. 4 different orders from the lunch menu and it only took a little over 5 minutes. Granted they weren't busy as far as dine in is concerned. Food was good and seemed fresh. Portions were definitely a good deal for lunch prices. Chips and salsa too included. Not sure if they still do it, but they used to do Mexican buffet on Sundays. Mexican buffet people!! I've ate the buffet once and it was magnificent.

I was on this side of town and I have already tried three other Mexican places in Bellevue with mixed reviews. I knew this place was here so I decided to give it a try. I *almost went to 615 Chutney but their menu was a bit complicated from yelp photos so I went with Cancun. Standard, typical Tex Mex. Staff are attentive. I was acknowledged immediately, and immediately seated. I was also given chips and salsa immediately. The chips had a bit of an off taste, I couldn't quite place it. They are very focused on the customer here. The decor is nice and the restaurant is VERY spacious. It's perfect for large groups. I didn't see any carne asada on the menu so I opted for the Pollo Loco (Flattened chicken breast and chorizo on top, beans, rice) with corn tortillas. The food came out in less than 10 minutes which is very nice. The chicken was cooked well. It was soft and moist. The chorizo was a tad too salty. I don't know, but I had never tasted chorizo like this before. The salt level was WAY too much for me. In hindsight, I should have scraped it off and only ate the chicken but I was hungry :( Beans and rice were pretty good. I am not sure if the tortillas were made in house or not, they did not look like they were mass produced so that's a good thing. They weren't as soft and home made feeling as the ones from Mexichina though. I went to the mens room and I then really got a feel for the size of the place. Its massive. Like I said, it seems like you could have parties here or a banquet. I only am giving this an OK rating because of the taste of some of the food items. The staff were very nice and very actively attentive and focused on the customer which is a big thing for me.

One of my go-tos when I am in Music City. Best service in Nashville, hands down. I’ve been coming to Cancun in Bellevue for many years and the service is so consistently excellent it’s scary. Seconds within walking in, you’re seated. Seconds within sitting down, chips and salsa arrive. Not long after that, a server arrives to take your drink order. Food comes out within 10-15 minutes of ordering. Food is typical of most Mexican restaurants, but is always hot and great-tasting. If you are in a hurry, you can easily make it in and out within 30 minutes, not that they rush you. The owners obviously take pride in providing a consistently excellent customer experience and it is noticeable!

I am true local born and raised in West Nashville and Bellvue cancun used to be a great place to eat but like a lot of restaurants here the younger kids don't care or want to work but still want a little money I called for 45min starting at 8:40 no answer online Says close at 10:30 finally get an answer at 9:30 to say we're closed I said thought it was10:30 they actually said yeah but it's 9:30 I said ok been calling for almost an hour so u close in an hour no we closed early system down as what ever that means so WILL NOT SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY THERE NO MORE I WOULD SUGGEST OTHERS NOT TO WAST TIME AND MONEY EITHER BUT MAYBE THEY WILL ANSWER OR FEEL LIKE MAKING MONEY THAT DAY WHO KNOWS WHAT A WASTE RATHER HAVE OTHER RESTAURANT THERE IN ITS PLACE
