Captain D's offers a great dining experience with fresh food and excellent customer service. The manager and employees are friendly, and the dine-in area is clean. However, there have been issues with order accuracy, such as receiving fewer pieces of fish and shrimp than ordered, and stale corn on the cob. The hush puppies were reported to taste like plain cornmeal. While this location used to be a testing ground for new menu items, the food quality has declined, leading to uncertainty about returning.
