First-time visit with Husband. I built my own bowl and it was DELICIOUS. It didn’t sit heavy, but I could have had a little more in my bowl. I was satisfied but not full. My husband, however, was full so I may make adjustments when we go again. Gluten free options are plentiful. Will definitely eat here again.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Cava Restaurant. To start with, finding parking there is a nightmare, which already makes the visit frustrating before you even walk in.
The portions are small for the price you pay. I spent $17 including a drink, and the small bowl I received simply was not worth it.
All of the food is stacked on top of each other in one bowl. I personally prefer a plate where I can clearly see and taste each item individually. When everything is layered and piled together, it’s not aesthetically pleasing and it takes away from being able to enjoy the distinct flavors of each ingredient.
The protein portions were unimpressive. If you choose the braised lamb, the price increases by four dollars, yet the portion of lamb is very small and does not justify the additional cost. Most of the proteins were either cold, dry, or did not taste fresh. The falafel in particular was gummy and cold. The tray was almost empty, so I asked for fresh falafel, not extra. However, what came out of the kitchen still did not taste fresh, which was disappointing.
The staff in general seemed rushed and impersonal. I initially assumed it was because there was a line, but I was the only person there and still felt hurried toward the register. The tables and floors were dirty, the atmosphere felt loud and chaotic, and the overall experience was not enjoyable.
What truly topped it all off was the indifferent and rude attitude of the staff. There was no “thank you,” no “you’re welcome,” no “come again,” not even a smile. Basic courtesy goes a long way, and its absence made the experience feel even more impersonal.
For the price, I expected better food quality, better service, easier access, and a cleaner, more welcoming environment. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations.

I was very exhausted from work today and the manager was very kind to me and gave me a bowl with rice, veggies and chicken it was so delicious 😄 I loved it. Not only healthy but also filling and flavorful. Recommend 100 percent.

Today I grabbed a bowl At busy lunch time. I chose not to select a named option and started off with supergreens and power greens then added my three dips with 2 eggplants and 1 hummus. Lots of toppings to choose from so I choose olives, tomato cucumber salad, delicate Persian cucumber, black olives, and upcharge for fresh avocado. 🥑 I tried and I am diet drink with better than diet soda taste Katherina served my meal with a smile and efficiency. Mahonna rang up my order and got me out to the tables. Self serve Drinks include ice tea, sweet ice tea, lemonade, cucumber mint lime, tangerine and blueberry lemonade drinks from the bubblers. Venue is accessible with double entry pull door. Order line is accessible. Pay and order before you sit. Menus are posted on the wall with white background and dark letters as well as make your own ingredients posted on the line. Legible signs indoor accessible tables. Uncovered Outdoor accessible tables with sun umbrellas. Indoor slightly high bar seating allows you to look out doors Van accessible free parking in mall shared with other venues. Hard to find parking at peak times
