I stopped by the CAVA near Music Row after a long day at a summit at the Omni Hotel. I'd walked fifteen minutes in drizzle and rain - only to find out the Assembly Food Hall had closed at ten (boo!). Thankfully, CAVA was still open, and Scarlett, Maher, and Andrew absolutely made my night.
They put together a mean pita just before closing - the chicken was fresh, spicy, and flavorful, the hummus and tzatziki were on point, and the pickled tomatoes and onions...

This CAVA is centrally located, if you need a quick bite it’s actually quite filling & healthy. They only had the Falafel Crunch bowl on the menu, order without feta. A grab-and-go option. The dressings do come with food allergen labels which is nice

I ordered online and they did forget my dressings. Luckily I noticed and was able to go back but it was inconvenient.
It was a Saturday, so I imagine a busier than normal day, but the trash was over flowing, the tables were dirty. It wasn’t clean inside or on the outside tables.
