TLDR; Food is just okay and the Staff is rude. Ambiance was stellar. I've been debating this posting this but I slept on it and still find it unacceptable. I reserved a table Friday night for 7:30 at 7:35. I knew we would not arrive within the acceptable 10 minute grace period most restaurants offer. I called and let the staff know we would be late. The staff member on the other end assured me they would hold our table. We arrived just after 7:45, a full 15 minutes late and...
Meet two dears friends from out of town and had a great time. We sat outside, thankfully the weather cooperated. The food was good and we had great service. I'm looking forward to coming back.
I celebrated my birthday here at Char. The concierge was beautiful and welcoming. My waiter Ryan was attentive and the manager was absolutely friendly while looking debonair representing for LSU. Wonderful experience
