I Just posted 5 minutes ago my review of this restaurant (Clarksville Pike) and forgot to mention that they have the phone off the hook or it directly goes to voicemail and when you try to email a complaint to their corporate office, they will not allow you to send one due to glitches in their app about location. I am SO Disappointed, Angry and Hungry after visiting this restaurant.I don't know what happened to this franchise but I won't be back to the Clarksville Pike location or maybe any other.

Prob my own fault for using Uber Eats and expecting my order to be correct. Uber driver cancelled, and my order was completely wrong. As expensive as food is these days, there is no accountability in checking my order, or correct driver, car, etc.. Lesson learned. Not again.

Ordered two double cheeseburgers , double chicken burger and a loaded flys .....when delivered they were single burgers and neither of them had cheese.....were cold lettuce was way way wilted.....the chicken burger was also over cooked with the same gross lettuce.....the loaded Fry's were old cold and hard inedible ....I complete lack of ability to make a double cheese burger and edible frys ??♀️??♀️ this is the worst checkers i have ever experienced...spent $24 dollars + tip and since im from montana and my girls from canada she never experienced checked frys and i never get to have them its very disappointing....also the phone is off the hook I've tried for two days and it says they are busy the phone doesn't ring straight to message of saying busy leave a message probably because of the horrible services ......look at the pictures .......WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ... GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE....... CHECKERS....DO BETTER

This is the second time I’ve been here and all I got was two checker burgers with bacon and cheese spicy chicken sandwiches. I’ve been here 15 minutes and I still don’t have any food last time the fries were cold I didn’t make the same mistake. But I won’t be back to this place.
