Chick-fil-A

All in all this Chick-fil-A was low-key mid. If I had to give it a rating out of 10 I’d give it a four out of 10 my fries were unsalted and my chicken was almost like McDonald’s.
But they gave us free cookies and they were nice and hot

I got my food in a reasonable amount of time but never received my drink. The number of people waiting for their drink was at least 20 and after 12 minutes I gave up and left. I tried to get the lady handing out food to help me with my drink but she directed me to wait with the mob.

I am genuinely blown away at how any of these employees can keep a job. I've never waited less than 30 minutes for food, and I've had friend wait over an hour. Sometimes they just close early. The other day the kitchen caught fire and the building had to be evacuated. The staff is incredibly rude 90% of the time and sometimes during a rush the cashier will just leave. In all my years working retail and even buying fast food I've have never had a worse experience with so many employees EVERY SINGLE TIME than I have here.

The worst chick fil a i have ever been to and non of them in Nashville are good but this one takes the award for worst i would have to say very dirty resturaunt and very rude employees

This Chick-fil-A is disappointing and doesn’t resemble what a usual franchise is like. The wait is very long all the time, the staff are unfriendly, your order is usually wrong and food isn’t the usual quality you’d expect. It’s Chick-fil-A by name but isn’t the standard that Chick-fil-As reputation is :(

On their website they say they're open till 10:00 but they close at 9:00. Maybe they should change that

Aniyah is the absolute BEST Very professional very friendly, very courteous. Jada was cleaning everything when we came in the door. The lines were very short. I will definitely come back to this location

An employee at this Chic Fil A was extremely rude to staff working for Belmont. When asked if he had credentials to enter a private event he scoffed and said “yeah the shirt” (which are not proper credentials). He had a red shirt on and the logo for the restaurant was not visible. Even if it was visible the building was shut down to even their staff for the event. I noticed he was rude because he needed to use the bathroom. There was one inside the restaurant so Im not sure why he was so adamant about using The Curb Center’s restrooms. I then had to get my supervisor to confirm the building was indeed shut down for a private event and they needed to use the restrooms provided in the restaurant. I can assume he barely works because he didn’t even have the patience to open the door for himself. He pushed the handicap button to do it for him. I had my own job to perform. Do not be rude. I would love to be contacted to further explain the issue.
