“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“I was excited to take some out of town guests here and was expecting more based on previous reviews. I was not impressed upon walking in, seemed dark and a little grungy. We opted for the patio seating. There was a lovely breeze but the screen was ripped so there were a few flies and bugs zooming through. My main issue was that the menu at the restaurant was not the same menu as the website. I wanted to order some specific things (drinks and food) and the server had no clue what I was asking for and some items were not available (which I understand and the server apologized but it would be helpful to update your website and make notations on in house menus so that people can order accordingly and not have to make a quick last minute decision). The catfish nuggets were delicious however the spicy slaw had no flavor. My husband's burger was dripping huge globs of grease. The Caesar salad and chicken sandwich were decent, nothing memorable.“

“Walk up or drive up-someone comes to car to take order on drive up. Big mo deluxe literally 2 patties. Turkey burger was very good. Chicken sandwhich was 2 chicken strips-very good. Listed spicy fries but they were just seasoned fries. Very good portion sizes. Burgers were a little dry for my taste. I felt it was a little pricey all things considered however everyone was full. Was disappointed when asking for extra condiment and because it wasn't in a packet we would get charged. After spending over $70 for drive thru I would have liked to just have been given extra condiment very nice staff. Overall would return.“

“The last time I went to Starwood was almost 4 yrs ago when I moved to Nashville. Back then the ownership was someone different and the food was awful.
Now, as of last night, the food is very good. Although I like to enjoy my wings a little more done, the Mango Habanero and Garlic Parmesan wings are impressive. They are really juicy and have a multitude of flavor. The Manager really respects law enforcement which I appreciate. In full uniform, you don’t know what you’ll walk into out in Antioch to pick up food to say the least because of all the “bad apples.” Security was gracious enough to walk with me in there.
The only thing I would say, if you don’t mind people smoking around you indoors you’ll be okay here. Unfortunately, as a person who wears contacts, the smoke doesn’t mix well with me.
Other than that, I highly recommend this place who really enjoys great wings.“

“I’ve ordered from this place before they have really good food, however I was craving steak, and there is a restaurant with the similar name as this business called 615 steak & burgers restaurants. You can see in the screenshot below that I clearly typed in the steak and burgers restaurant and the pizza and pasta place pops up. So I called and asked do they sell steak and burgers in case the name may have changed, also searching on apple maps “615 Steak & burgers restaurant doesn't appear, it isn't until I search it on google maps, the restaurant steak and burgers still do not appear. No big deal it's just a simple question that needs simple answers I’m just not sure why the name is the same? Is someone copying? Do the owners own both restaurants and want the same name?? Also when trying to call the number on doordash for the steak and burgers restaurant the number is invalid.

As long as my order is correct and intact, I surely do not mind giving both restaurants my service. Keep up the good work, but please fix the issue, I would hate to order a steak and be delivered a Philly steak instead lol.“

That's what I call fast service. When they asked me to check my food, besides being fresh and hot, it was perfectly seasoned with the original sauce. The wings were also the perfect size.
