“Chili’s continues to impress with its warm, welcoming environment and outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit.

“We went in with a huge group (8 teenagers, 15 adults) at about 5:30pm on a Saturday, they were able to make room for us all. With adults at one table and teens at another. Our server Kye was incredible! She handled our huge group so well. Drinks came out quickly as did appetizers and food, and everything was delicious. She had no problem splitting the checks for us. She even offered to take a picture of our group afterwards. All of that and we were done within two hours. Some of the best service I've received at any restaurant.“
“The food was very good. I went down a star on the service because I placed the order online and it automatically added a 20% gratuity for a lunch curbside order which I'm glad I noticed. Once I got there to pick up my order they no longer bring it to your car you have to go inside to pick it up...bummer!!!“
“Let me talk to ya. I have never been to this chilis but I can tell you I will never go to another one in Nashville. I was at Spooky Ghoul fest, an outdoor market, and a couple was dressed up as a mozzarella stick cheese pull. They were going around reminding everyone to support their West End Chilis. Good gag of a costume. But then tonight I’m at Friday at the Frist and the small exhibit that shows the neighborhoods of Nashville and asks the viewer to write notes to clip to the wall. Guess what’s there? West end chilis

“Went on Saturday around 5pm, we joined the wait list and when we arrived we waited about 5 mins, then we were seated. Service was great! They have an adult drink called witches brew, very good. Food was on point, and great deals.
We will be back.“
