Great staff, great food, good bargain specials. Exceptional food variety. Dra is sweetest bartender on earth! Bar area tends to be extremely noisy. Needs inexpensive sound proofing panels installed.
I grew up eating at Chili's and have always enjoyed it. Today I was traveling and decided to order Chili's to go via my hands free phone. The young man answered the phone, asked a question and all of a sudden I was on hold. He came back to the phone, no mention of hold. He asked what I wanted to order and when I told him - on hold again, this time longer. A woman came on the line and reasked name, etc... no mention of hold or explanation. I went to chilis in rivergate and my server was Ireland. She was an amazing. Had such a great uplifting personality , made sure everything was good with me. Checked up the right amount of times. Just made the experience amazing. Everything about this server made chilis seem better. I will defiantly be back to see her again!
