The last time I was there speaker was out. Nobody ever came to the window, finally drove off. This time like the last two I was successful to get donuts they were very noticeabley skinny and hardly any icing. In all the years of buying KK, I am so disappointed. What's going on? Price has really grown and quality is terrible. I at least expect to get a quality product for the price!?

They don’t do the hot light free donuts. The glazed donuts look weird.
