Had no original this day unless I waited two hours!

Doors were locked even though there were at least 3 people inside. It was after 10 am. The chocolate and jelly donuts were stale and hard.

Supposed to be open until 9pm. Took our order at 815 and then came back on the speaker couple minutes later and said they were closed.Didn't get any donuts.

The food was good, but the poor people working there were getting yelled at by the manager on duty. He was seriously yelling at the employees and they were working, not just standing around. The guy that was taking our order was scared to even speak to us because the manager was in the process hollering at the employees and then he went and sat down at a table. What a jerk. Guy needs to be fired in my opinion.

The manager at this location should be fired expeditiously. She is rude, irate and extremely unprofessional to customers. I understand that companies are struggling with hiring employees; however, this person is not a representation of the Krispy Kreme brand. She is rude, and aggressive and this should not be tolerated. FYI: She also seemed under the influence on drugs at that exact moment (March 23, 2024 @ 11:00am). Upper Management need to get this lady out of that location.

Our experience at this Krispy Kreme location was absolutely bad. We ordered online and it was 7:30 pm. The lady at the counter said that they were closed and that she forgot to close the doors. On the opening hours sign it was printed that the store would be open until 09:00 pm. I said that we ordered online and she repeated that they were closed. I asked her what happens with our order and she replied that it is cancelled although the display was stuffed. She said that I would get a refund on my credit card the next morning. That never happened so I had to do a chargeback. The staff was cleaning the Donut machine and they were laughing and playing with the water hose. The lady was also very unfriendly and discourteous. There was no hello or any excuse for our inconvenience. We felt completely fooled and would never come back again.

If I could give this place a zero rating I would! Between closing hours early when 5 people are working, to closing the lobby what seems like all the time, never having specialized donuts, to having horrible customer service, this place is so bad and they need to have new management and ownership. I feel that the company needs to know of this location and give it a re-hall! This place gives Krispy crème a bad name and purchasing from Krogers seems better! This is based on at least 5 attempts to see if this place was just having a bad day and it seems that isn’t the case!

Always understaffed or closed. Really Krispy Kreme since the Ellison place location closed is very outdated and not it anymore just my opinion and before someone responds I worked there before it was an experience and excitement that’s gone at least at this location

I'm tired of places that are supposed to be open and are still using COVID rules on March 19, 2024, and are having the doors locked and are not opening for people to come inside. Even if they 1 person short on staff. Because I would have ordered a dozen glazed and dozen assorted for a Business Event. I like to see the assorted so I know what I like to try. Managers are still using excuses, so why Not to open the doors. They had the drive-through open. However, that doesn't help me if I can't see the assorted. Also, my van 9'6" tall, which is too tall for their drive-through ?. So, I bought nothing and went on. There is No excuse not to open the inside because before COVID, this would have NEVER happened. Now, they are trying to get people used it so they don't have to clean up inside and hire fewer people. Even Chick-fil-A is opening their 1st drive-through only, with no dining room. We, the people, have to have a place to sit for breakfast and use a restroom where we are conducting business. We might as well buy from Daily's Donuts ? they are just as good ? ? look them up. It's ashamed and sad that Krispy Kreme had stooped this low ? ? ? ?.

I went this store four times in the morning recently. I only got fresh glazed donuts once, got cold glazed donuts once, and got nothing twice. I really don’t know why a donut store can have nothing to sell in the morning and the employees looked like they didn’t care anything. Don’t come to this store if you have better choices.

If I could give a negative 10 review I would. The worst Krispy Kreme I have ever been to and I have been to them all over the US. Slow, rude and very disrespectful employees.

Went tonight to get St Patrick’s day donuts. No donuts no glazed and they didn’t have a clue when they would have any. All the employees standing around looking at their phones. They will be out of business next!! They are fresher at Race Track in Hville or Gallatin!

Update: I went back again today. The staff is rude and terrible. I asked for a free green donut for st. Patty’s day like it says in the ads and the manager didn’t want to do it for my daughter because she was only wearing green hair band. I just spent $15 on the stupid donuts yesterday. How hard is it to give a kid a free donut? Where is the good customer service. You get these ghetto idiots working there who don’t care about the customers at all. You guys are jerks. It should be fun and happy to get donuts. They cost like $0.20 each for the company. You can give one free one to a kid a few times a year. I hate going there now. Talk about leaving a bad taste in my mouth.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Ghetto employees who hate customers.
