We didn’t even eat here. We were told there was a 30 minute wait though there were 5-6 clean, unoccupied empty tables. I pointed that out and we left. In my waitressing days in four years of college, we would’ve been fired for this. Pathetic. This was about 4 pm the Saturday after thanksgiving.

The worst experience possible! They send us to the back to order. I order 5 salmons over $100 worth and we have no place to sit. The arrogant female bartender doesn’t even care to sit us. 20 minutes later the manager literally comes and tell us they don’t have enough salmons then takes another 20minutes to go process the refund. Literally no receipt or anything just gives us “trust me bro” I will not ever come here again.

First of all, service was fantastic! We had a larger party and she was great! Where things fell off was the food. Quality was not nearly as good as it used to be in my opinion. Also, they ran out of chips. They only had 2 beers in stock. That was all quite disappointing.

The food was no good. The chicken tortilla soup was the worst I’ve ever had. It wasn’t warm and was very bland and had 2 little chunks of chicken and minimal tortillas strips. Mind you it was considered a bowl but from the other locations it was the size of their cup of soup. So the value was horrible for the horrible bowl of soup. The other sides for the rest of the table were also not warm. Won’t be back to the Opry Mills location. West End location is better

I haven't been to a Chili's for a while because of past bad service but this one was different. Our server was so friendly and checked on us frequently. She also made suggestions to us that we loved.
Made an online Oder and when I got to the bar, everyone just stood around on their phone, looking at me but not greeting. It took 10 min for someone to ask if I was helped and when I said no, I am here to pick up an online Oder all that was said is, oh they will get it. Customer service was none existent and then watching the employees braiding hair at the line where food is picked up is not a positive sight to see for a customer. Will not be eating here again and definitely check your food if you do. It was supposed to be ready( 30 min before I got to the establishment ) and I was waiting another 30 before I got my food. Spend your well earned money else where.

My husband and I were in Nashville yesterday and we decided to go to the mall and walk around and enjoy the time he had there we decided to go to the Chili's inside the mall and get some food the server was so rude to us when hesaid something to her about the fact that when she brought his soup's in a bag because he wanted to take them home she dropped the bag on the table causing the soup to spill out all over the bag she started to get an attitude about it and I was filling out the questionnaire about our experience after I had paid for our order and she decided to stand up against the table and read what I was writing and she decided to try and block me from standing up to leave the restaurant and she decided to be confrontational about what she read and he deescalated the situation before it went to far but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone and I should have spoken to a manager but I just wanted to leave before it got any worse because of her and her actions
