We wanted to go to the Opry Mills location however they were closed! We were excited to be received and to be seated! The gentleman who helped us was very proper and polite! We both ordered the 1099 Burger I have the chicken sandwich! Everything was great! We will definitely visit again

The establishment was dirty. Had to wait for a seat due to short staffing they are seating all the tables. After I decided to take a seat at the bar I had to wait for someone to take my order. The manager as well as the person who was working at the to go area saw me sitting there and unfortunately no one asked me if I wanted water or anything. By the time I was able to order I should have kept my money because the food was subpar at best. The bartender was nice.

My husband and I usually go to chilis over all the other restaurants in our hometown. Tonight we came to Opry Mills to celebrate my son’s birthday. He loves Chili’s too. The girls at the front door watched us struggle to get in the door with our stroller then stares at us. I finally ask if we can be seated and the blond says “we close in 12 minutes” and leaves us standing there. Trust me. I get it. We didn’t know it closes at 7 but I promise we will never spend money there after the interaction at the front door.

Everything was fine until a couple came in with a little dog, it wasn't a service dig either, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the lady came in with the dog so it could use the bathroom, the chili's location by river gate mall allow dogs too a couple came in there with a pretty big dog and it wasn't a service dog. We need to be eating at home anyway

We waited 45 minutes for a table. Our food wasn’t entered because the tablet died. We waited a hour for our food. The waiter said it would be out shortly. We finally asked the manager and she said the food wasn’t put in. We were offered a free meal but this should have been checked by our waiter. If your table has been waiting a hour maybe check to see why. I don’t care about free food. I care that I spent almost 2 hours trying to get a meal. Please go over this with staff to prevent it from happening again. This was ridiculous, will not be back to this location. It also smelled gross. I know it’s just the kitchen smell I’ve previously worked restaurant management and understand but the smell should try to be contained in some way.

After waiting at the bar for 15 minutes, the staff was completely unhelpful. They just told me to keep waiting. I finally asked for a refund because it had been over half an hour since I put in the online order (that was supposed to be ready in less than 20 minutes) and suddenly they decided to serve me. Apparently, my bag of food was just sitting there the whole time and everyone was too busy to hand it to me. So, I finally got my food even though it's old and cold.

Came to Nashville for a girls trip, and ran to the mall. We ate at Chili's, and Treasure was our server. She is very personable, and made good recommendations. Whenever we're in town, we will stop by, just to see her.
