Very poor customer service at this location. I asked for fresh okra and was given a cold box of okra. Then when I went in to take it back, the cashier had already had another family size okra waiting for me. In which the okra was still cold as well. I don’t have the time and energy to argue with the staff, so I just took the box and left. Stopping at this location was a complete waste of my money and time. The staff need to really learn how to do their job. Better yet churches need to find a whole new crew. This place is nasty, ghetto and need to be closed down.

This a Disgrace to Churches chicken !! We got an eight piece meal and waited almost an hour than they told us to pull around for our apple pies and lemon cheesecake . So we did my husband went in there and the cashier was very rude and went on and on with my husband about the wait time. So my husband as them to give us our money back and we still didn’t get our order. The sad part about it My husband is Deacon at Church and we’re both retired restaurant managers . And we understand waiting however an hour is too much!!!We understand how hard it is because we’ve our own catering business now. Never argue with a customer like they don’t matter and the place looks so ugly outside the parking lot is hot mess with potholes all in it trash all in parking lot! Paint peeling off building everywhere . Never loud talk a customer l guess good Lord didn’t want us to eat there.

Customer service is horrible... Wait time is horrible.... Im going to come and be the manager... Fire everyone lazy.. clearly these MFS are lazy and not on they're stuff. Doors be locked after hours of them opening and etc... it's unprofessional as heck. Im sure everyone that post good reviews is relatives or friends of people who work here. I stay an hour away I rarely come here. Everytime I do it's the same.

Look yall, emotional labor is difficult. People call in and leave it up to 2 employees to do everything boh and foh. Show compassion, good food takes time and if out of tenders, none will magic out of thin air.
Placed an order online for pickup right after store opened. They would not let anyone in to pick up or order food. Spent 30 minutes in the drive through for food that I had been notified had been ready for that long. Workers super rude & incompetent. This location is horrible.

drive thru speaker doesn’t work, have to wait to place order once you reach window. thats why it’s so slow, cars backed up in the street.building needs a makeover or paint job, trash on property.Get the speaker fixed at least to speed up the service.
