I am writing to share some positive feedback regarding my recent visit to your establishment.
The chicken was great, but I particularly wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received. The cashier, Tacoreia, was awesome and polite. While she was assisting me, I noticed a colleague at the drive-through was having issues with another guest. Tacoreia remained very calm and did an impressive job of helping both the drive-through staff and me simultaneously.

The manager was on the phone with a worker and was screaming so loud you could hear in the lobby. They were out of everything regular chicken only spicy, no coke, no straws, no fries, no fried peppers, no fried okra. The workers were as nice as the could be about it.
