Staff are friendly and the food is good. If something is running low, they refill it quickly. They'll make a custom pizza if you ask. The arcade in the back is so fun!

The nostalgia was real walking into CiCi's!! The staff was very friendly. The pizza was great, however, the staff was struggling with keeping the pizza stocked. There were times we had to wait or come back. I think they got a little behind and just wasn't able to catch up and keep up. Either way, we enjoyed our dinner and being able to share one of our childhood favorites with our kids.

It was 1 hour before closing and the buffet pizza was cold, however staff were nice enough to take our requests and make them. One staffer tried to turn off the aracde games with another 45mins until close and fussed at a father who asked why she turned them off so early.Other than her, staff was great.Kid-friendliness: Mini arcade

Nothing but kids running the place , playing around and talking , ignoring most people that wanted something.. didnt have many pizzas and salad bar was empty, been along time ago wasnt bad this time really bad...

Leaving this review as I'm still in this sad pizza buffet trying to eat. First of all, $25 for two people to eat the most basic pizza buffet is terrible. Secondly, we had to ask for fresh pizza because the pizza that was on the bar looked like it had been sitting all day. I got one of the pieces, and it was hard as a rock and cold. So they made new pizzas but gave attitude because they had to work. Thirdly, the tomatoes on the salad bar taste rotten. It's sad that the best thing here is a cheese stick. I don't recommend this restaurant, save yourself the time and money and go else where.

Don't like how the system for the games is now trying to use my card for the machine to get a game card and kept declining my card and I had money on it.
Please hire people who are more respectful to your customers. Customers are not there, to be disrespected by some kid, that obviously hates his job. We visited the restaurant yesterday with my family, 6 adults and 4 children. There is a tall Hispanic kid, with long hair that is extremely rude! Rolled his eyes when you asked him for something, and rudely called you by “hey you”. We don’t eat at Cicis that much, but when do, I’m always reminded why not to come back again. Rude and disrespectful service every time we are there! The female manger isn’t any better.

Ordered a pizza for carry out yesterday. I brought it home and the dough wasn't even cooked all the way. Honestly, I believe it was the worst pizza I've ever had.
