Haven’t been here in years. Please do anything you all can to keep the current staff from the front to the back. They’re a great and communicative team. Though I go seldomly, this is the best experience I’ve had in fifteen years. I had to tell the member the experience with the family was superb.
Hey, my niece, nephew, kid, and I were extremely pleased and even pleasantly surprised with the service and intentionality the staff put into their shift.

Food was fresh and the pizza we ordered to go was perfect. Jostin was super nice and helpful! Been going here for years, its always been the best Cici's to go to.
My family and I love this place, there is always fresh food, and we love the 10/10 cinnamon rolls, to go with your friends or children

Cicis Pizza offers a family-friendly dining experience with a variety of pizza options and new interactive games. The staff is generally helpful, especially in accommodating customers with special needs, including wheelchair accessibility. However, some reviews mention that the service can be inconsistent, with reports of delays in replenishing the pizza buffet and some staff not being attentive. The restaurant has recently updated its game selection, featuring claw machines and a new Nerf arcade game that appeal to younger guests. Many customers praise the amazing pizza and the good attitudes of the staff, noting that prices are fine and the food is tasty. Cicis Pizza is considered a cost-effective way for families to enjoy food and fun, making it a decent dining option with a focus on convenience and kid-friendly amenities.
