“I LOVE their food! However their COUPON policy is not good! Mailings are sent out with promo codes but you can NOT use them for ONLINE orders. Coupons must be presented in person for use! I’m not sure why they even mail them out.“

“I ordered a pizza yesterday that was the best 8 corners pizza from jets I’ve ever had from Jet’s and I’ve been ordering from them for over 5 years. It’s under New Management and they are doing a GREAT job. Keep doing what you’re doing!“

“The place is clean and the food is fresh. If you have them make you a pizza they bring it to the table relatively fast. I give the service a 4 star because I think the workers could be a little more friendly they sort of stand and walk around like zombies and when asking for cheese they just walk over grab it and hand it to you without and interaction or acknowledging you are there.“

“Papa Johns on line got our order wrong. We ordered thin crust XL and thin crust only comes in large, so it defaulted to hand tossed. The Manager at PJ's remade our pizza as we wanted and gave us the 2 other pizzas and didn't charge us. What do we do with the two extra pizzas as we knew we wouldn't eat them? We took them to the Lakeview Fire Department who gladly accepted them. I wanted the team at PJ's to know they didn't go to waste...“

“I have been a Papa Murphy customer for many years at the Lebanon Road location in Hermitage. I have always received great pizza and friendly customer service. I always tip the staff with money in the fish bowl instead of on credit card. I order on line and have never had a problem. Great Value in today's economy!!!“
