Hey, my niece, nephew, kid, and I were extremely pleased and even pleasantly surprised with the service and intentionality the staff put into their shift.
The way the pizzas were prepared was much appreciated. Someone either really cared, enjoys their job, or both. Crust was perfect, toppings perfectly placed, and variety of pizzas offered down the bar line. I usually get a slice or two at a time, but all my favs were on the line up, hot & fresh so we filled up quickly & enjoyed some nice conversation & games.
I prefer that over waiting for something fresh & hunting the bar for a long while in hopes it gets busier & they have to make something.

“Papa Johns on line got our order wrong. We ordered thin crust XL and thin crust only comes in large, so it defaulted to hand tossed. The Manager at PJ's remade our pizza as we wanted and gave us the 2 other pizzas and didn't charge us. What do we do with the two extra pizzas as we knew we wouldn't eat them? We took them to the Lakeview Fire Department who gladly accepted them. I wanted the team at PJ's to know they didn't go to waste...“

“I was actually surprised by how much I end up liking this pizza. I usually don't like the thinner NY style pizza due to how oily or greasy most places make it per my previous experience at other places but I read the reviews and wanted to give this a try. The pizza came out well cooked and most importantly it was seasoned enough and even though it's thin, it wasn't drenched in oil at bottom of box so I'm very happy with it. Even after reheating leftover in air fryer it tasted good. I do wish they add more topping, as in the quantity, in the pizza, due to high expensive it is, but that's just my personal preference. I like more toppings to eat than the bread.

They did do the half order for 1 side wrong so they made it right and redid it so I'm happy with it overall. I'm glad they were able to remake it right. Great customer service and help when I called so I'll come back again to order in future. There's outdoor seating if you want to eat there but I think this place mostly does take out. This is a nice hidden gem place.“

“We went today and Kayla was our server. She exemplifies what good Customer Service is. She was amazing in every way and we didn’t have to wait on a thing. We didn’t have to ask for refills. She was on top of service to the fullest with a smile on her face and delightful attitude. Food was amazing as always., melt in your mouth pizza. Garlic knots are perfection. Good large salad portions. This is the second time I’ve been but the first time I’ve taken my husband and he is absolutely in love with this place. The atmosphere is very romantic and private. “My dad and I visited from out of town. I had looked up celiac friendly restaurants (aka gluten free). Let me tell you this place did not disappoint. Truly the best gluten free pizza I have ever had! When you get extra of a topping they dont skimp on it like most. MK was our waitress and we loved her. She was so kind. She took my celiac seriously and made sure I was taken care of. Chicken wings - My review: hot honey and lemon pepper. They were a bit on the small side, but MAN they are delicious!!! I got the dry lemon pepper seasoning, but Mr. Wiz was trying to convince me to get the sauce. I'm gonna do that next time. :0) I will surely order these again! 10/10

Gyro Pate - My review: warm, flavorful, and comforting. Rice was nice and fluffy, gyro was tender, salad was very fresh. 9/10

“My wife and I loved this place. We were greeted warmly, the service was fast, and the staff were friendly to both us and our son. We tried the pizza, breadsticks, and wings, and everything tasted great and came out quickly. The chalkboards built into the booths were also a great touch and kept our son entertained throughout dinner. They also have an amazing, rotating selection of beers on draft, and the waiters/waitresses are very knowledgable of what to recommend based on what you like.“

“Frankie’s — Our New Go-To Italian Restaurant!

Frankie’s is definitely not a restaurant you want to judge by its cover. Walking in, we honestly didn’t have the highest expectations—but our perspective changed very quickly!

The service was friendly, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. Our waitress walked my wife through the cocktail options, while the sommelier offered to take our bottle of wine and chill it in their cellar. Those little touches made a great first impression.

And the food? An absolute 10!

As our waitress highlighted the menu, I asked if they had bruschetta. They didn’t, but she suggested combining two dishes to create our own—and we did! Their Heirloom Tomato Salad was fantastic, especially paired with their olive oil. The flavor was terrific.

For our main courses, my wife ordered the Tennessee Corn Ravioli with Crispy Prosciutto, and I had the Cavatelli with Hot Sausage and Browned Sage Butter. Both were absolutely fantastic.

Since moving here, we’ve been looking for our “go-to” Italian restaurant—and we found it!

Overall, we couldn’t have been happier. The food was a 10/10, and the service and care from our waitress and the management were excellent.

We’ll be back over and over and over!

Our only suggestion: as the sun sets, several tables get hit with direct sunlight. A little shade would make the experience even better and keep guests from getting blinded during dinner. 😎

The interior very clean with white table cloths and comfortable seating. My husband usually has wine with his meal. They don’t serve alcohol but said fine for folks to bring their own bottle. Family owned. Very sweet family, really good food at a reasonable price with comfortable dining . Can’t ask for anything more.“
