Man. I AM GOING TO KEEP REPORTING THIS UNTIL CORPORATE GETS BACK TO ME OR I SUE. Yesterday I ordered a raspberry lemonade along with 2 Cinnabons — not even 5 minutes after drinking the raspberry lemonade I started feeling nauseous and my stomach started hurting severely along with an onset of chills. About an hour later I ended up with these disgusting smelling burps, diarrhea and throwing up profusely the lemonade. The foolishness they served me was either contaminated or spoiled so I ended up going to the hospital and being diagnosed with ACUTE FOOD POISONING.

Lady behind counter is rude as hell and very very poor customer service lady behind counter need a new job called us names to
worst customer service she was very attitude behavior.
Worst experience ever. Stood there like 5 min waiting for someone to take my order but the girl was too busy FaceTiming her boyfriend. So we left. Saw other people also waiting and they left. It was ridiculous.

Their parent company which is Focus Foods r inhumane the way they keep their chickens in outdated cages. They r often trampled to death and left to decay in the cage with live chickens who often grave broken bones. Never patronize this establishment. They only care about profit!
Customer service from the male employee wasn’t a good one. I understand that they have boxed rolls- I didn’t want those- I also understood that they had just made some classic rolls- I wanted 6 rolls and they only had 5. I asked that since I had to wait on the additional roll could I just wait on all 6 (I think if I’m paying and waiting anyway this should be ok) but nope he argued his case and I got the 5 that were already made and still had to wait on the last one. I didn’t make a big deal out of it but he could have just allowed me to get what I wanted since I’m the paying customer. Young people need to be trained on customer service. That’s what these places are lacking.
